Mixed bag. On one side, you have friendly service. On the other, you have a corporation that can't work things out between their stores and dealers. I have to drive 50 minutes to Fresno if I have issues with my phone. Sprint is horrible, but at least it's not AT&T.
At first they looked at me like I shouldn't be there but after it was done they fixed my issue an refunded some money so it was good an uncomfortable at the same time
Horrid horrid company. Sell a phone that doesn't even work and won't change it for a different phone. Just horrid. I will keep posting this everyday till I'm issued a different phone.
I never have any service anywhere I go. The price for my bill is outrageously ridiculous. They never seem to help every time I ask to lower my bill. This is my second phone within a couple months. Quality of the phones suck. I would not recommend sprint to anybody!
Employees always do their best and are knowledgeable. Only 3 stars cause i spend over 2 hours there when i visit.
All the employees do their best to assist you as fast as they can. They are vert knowledge and friendly. I always leave happy. I appreciate their hard work and the manager is awesome
