The sign posted in front of the store clearly stated that closing time is 9pm Monday through Friday, today is Thursday at 8pm and an employee is yelling through the window that the store is now closed! What's going on here, where's the professionalism?

I'm not sure what is happening in this store, between the staffs thinks you owed them or the lack printing machines that doesnt work. I dont blame them because I may do something if the printing equipments not working. I went there few month back and they werent working them and today now more equipments are done. I wasted my time dont let get started on the computers that take forever to log in.

They are best for your shipping and stationary needs

Security guard is a clown and the manager is the entire circus. Security guard followed me around the store and wasn’t even trying to be discreet about it.

Great staff- Especially Brianna and Nearly who always give prompt, courteous and professional service. The store is always clean and the people are very kind and helpful.

Terrible experience. I went earlier today to try and return an item, and the cashier did not even say "good morning" or offered to help me out. She then took about 10 minutes staring at my receipt and had the audacity to ask me if I was sure it wasn't a forged receipt. I feel offended and just left to another location, where I had no problems at all. Thanks anyway.

Awful experience every time I come to drop off a package. There is no one at the UPS side most of the time. Im currently still in line as I write this!

Was told to wait at the copy line that says "wait here" then another customer with a drop off just goes to the ups side and gets her drop off done. So displeased. 20mins and couting to drop off a package!

Management could be better. I’m still trying to understand why they wouldn’t have another associate assist with UPS drop offs when the print and copy line is long rather then having drop offs that only need a receipt wait in 10 minute plus line. Poor execution and logistics.

Prices are extremely too high for sending a fax and making copies. And customer service is mediocre at best.

The worst customer service at the print out section don't waste ur time and ur money just go to any other location other than this one I really got so mad because of how bad the severe was, and they really need to improve that section specially and they need to higher some people who really wants to work not girl who spend all day talking

Self-copy machines did not work. Three machines, three problems. Went in to do something on my own 1.5 hours ago. Still waiting. They tried to upcharge me for service bc I was led by an employee to the service station bc the self-service machines did not work.

I won't come back. Everything is broke there. I just tried printing something in ledger format. Each of those machines is malfunctioning or broke! I think they prepare for their coming closure? Then those employees don't seem to be very bright either.

Not to hate on Staples as a whole, but this particular store has the very worst customer service (emphasis on manager receptiveness toward helping or problem solving) of all the Staples I've visited in 17-years of doing business with the company.

Just went in to simply get a print out today, first time in this store in this area. Was in and out in 5 mins, no complaints. Got what I needed and customer service was cool

I went there to mail a package and finally walked out after 25 minutes of people passing the buck to each other regarding servicing me. It's right down the hill from my house. So disappointing. I don't go there for anything I can't pick up off the shelf myself.

My daughter and I went to this location to get her iPhone screen fix on 7-19. The gentleman in this department with the purple shirt customer service skills needs a lot of improvement. He also should check what's in stock before informing the customer with false information
