Computer Store Staples reviews
28Worst staples ever. Waited 35min just to print something. When asked to honor a discount for the wait and poor machines that won't print- refused. Def going to corporate or higher level on this. Unacceptable.
I wish I could give this company a 0 star. We normally buy from a competitor, but we thought we give Staples a try. Ordered a case of paper on Tuesday, with estimated delivery on Wed. Item never got delivered and all we got was delayed emails. Is this how this company works? I would recommend staying away. Their prices are high and their service is horrible. Use a competitor.
The young cat constantly licking his lips and trying to mack up some woman who just wanted her business cards was just way too much for me to deal with. Like c'mon, there are several other people who need help. And he didn't seem too interested in assisting the other customers. I just needed a couple resumes. Literally, 2 copies. Well, he was wooed that he gave me my resume on regular paper & charged me for resume stock paper. Took 20 minutes. He didn't end up with the digits, by the way.
Great spot in the community for quick things fax, internet, pens, etc. You will wait everywhere, but it's worthwhile THEY ARE THOROUGH.remember that post.
Fun loving employees are always happy to help which is a plus. Being that it's retail the mood isn't always one that inspires a helpful hand but that's to be expected. Managers are always inconsistent but they do try and help. Overall it's a great experience with a happy bunch of people working there.
I love Staples for buying office supplies but the service is real bad at the Baldwin Hills Mall Staples store.
My visit was a nightmare. No one on the floor to assist a customer. I was there almost ten minutes before I found someone to answer questions. Then I was asked if I had a picture of the item. The whole.experience told me I would never visit that store again. Loyce C.
This is the worst staples I have ever visited. While I asked for some help, csr was not willing to help at all. Then I bought some stuff with my staples reward coupon and was told my behavior look suspicious. The manager was very impolite and rude. Staples will fail with these worst csrs in the world.
