Stater Bros. Markets reviews
36Employees are great here and I know they are having a lot of issues getting their shipments in, but they are out of a lot of things often and their selection for items is very basic, especially with the soda. There's not a whole lot of variety to choose from.
It was very good people were nice polite clean and they had everything in stock the cashier was very polite to I like that I'm going to find one where I live at and start going there now
Went to the deli to get some mortadella.the Mortadella looked funny.kind of gray instead of pink. Took it out to the car with the rest of my groceries and tasted it and it tasted worse than it looked. Took it back in showed it to the guy at the deli.he took a look at it it was clear to me that he saw something was wrong.he sliced another package of Mortadella for me. It looked it's normal pink instead of Grey. I was okay with that got. Then I saw that he had taken the price tag off of the first package of Mortadella and put it into the second package. Something was fishy. No pun intended. I tasted some of the second package of Mortadella and I'm alive to tell about it. That's it
Just don't confuse the "discount" price on items near the clearance isle. Pay attention to the tags and ask before shopping, I'd have avoided some if I knew. Otherwise, it's a clean and friendly place with lots of good grocery options.
It's a grocery store early in the morning on a weekend. Pretty empty and easy to get what you came for.
Always friendly, clean, reasonable prices and did I tell you they have a butcher always. They have the most amazing selection of beef cuts, seafood and if your pork ribs are too big, the butcher can make them smaller on the spot. Their employees are so kind, they bag your groceries and they are always friendly and courteous. Need imported cheeses? No worries, swing by their Deli department and you’ll find some delicious treats that pair well with wine. A one stop grocery store, this place rocks!
They keep running out of Miller highlight 24 pack cans because they only display two at a time they would sell a lot more if they had a bigger display
This Stater Bros has poor customer service. The cashier Lynette let a rude customer cut in front of me. When it was my turn to checkout she did not say a word to me. No hello, bye, or thank you. This is not the first time I've had a poor customer service experience at this location. I do not recommend shopping here. Both the customers and the cashiers are rude and unfriendly here.
Best prices hands down. Meat selection is the best. Clean grocery store with the most considerate staff. Located by Hobby Lobby and a cute cafe.
Went there to take advantage of one of their weekly wine sales. Only had 1 bottle of a wine I wanted but 2 employees went out of their way to provide assistance and search for more. I'll be back next time they have a sale on one of my favorite wines. Always a good experience.
Stater Bros is one of the best places I every shop good friendly customer service great cashiers that been there a long time very knowledgeable The morning cashiers are the best Show me smile great people They go the extra mile for you I will recommend my friends every single day
I always wait long for the service deli.only one person there most of the time. Otherwise good.
Love all the checkers and managers! The store is in good condition and easy to find the stuff that you came for.
Not much to say, it's just a grocery store. Deli counter is kinda slow & the meat counter is usually mobbed but I buy that stuff elsewhere. Very friendly and helpful staff. I once forgot my wallet and they stashed my cart in the walk in for me under a "suspended payment" type deal. Just took the receipt they gave me to a register & paid while my cart full of stuff was retrieved. No eye rolls, judgement, frustration (on their part) or attitude involved.
Just another fantastic experience. Thanks be to God Almighty in the blessed name of Christ Jesus.
I love the new "by the pound" station in the produce section. Very reasonably priced.
We went there for cake, there designer couldn't do the simplest designs. We asked for one of the cakes on display, they got our order messed up. For Stater Bros, I'm pretty disappointed.
We'll stocked market with a lot of great prices, especially the meats. Only problem is they often don't have enough people working the registers and the lines can get long
Wow super friendly customer service that is top notch! I never thought to write a review on a supermarket but I had to mention that this place really had me surprised I just stop by not my usual area but now I think I'm going to come here to do my shopping. Everyone is just so kind and nice but not annoying or overbearing. Thank you to whoever trains these wonderful stewards. The market itself is super clean and organized
I have visited Stater Bros Market for years. I enjoy their selection, wide and organized aisles, friendly staff, butcher and low prices. It is nice that you can shop on Tuesday and enjoy both the last weekly ad and the new upcoming weekly ad. Always willing to lend a hand, plus help you with your bags. Just remember not to leave your grocery bags at home. Most location open until 11 p.m. So even if you get a late night craving the place to go is Stater Bros.
