This review deals with my leasing/buying experience around 2018 (I hope this is not true now in 2021).
I was interested to lease a vehicle at this location, but I was never offered a test drive even after having a confirmed appointment twice. The reasons provided were not convincing even after I expressed a lot of interest.
Schedule maintenance treatment 3 time, and to take a loaner car, manager didn’t want to release me the loner, very rude and un professional
I would never go back there again

Sales rep was up to date on all the cars in CPO and new. Worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted.

You should hire people who care about the clients and treat with respect who owns these expensive cars. Making money is not the main objective. Helping clients with their car issues is the objective. I was ashamed to have talked to the advisor who did not even read the history of the car before speaking g to me.
The worst car buying experience in recent history. They scratched my door after I paid for the car, and when I say scratched I mean it looks like a cat ran up and down the side of it. After doing this they refused to pay for a proper repair insisting that it was "barely noticeable" after using some rubbing compound. When I asked to speak to the general manager, they said he was in a meeting and I would have to make an appt. I asked if I could make an appointment and got hung up on several times. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

UPDATE: After emailing the GM I was able to speak to Raul Hagen. Raul is a professional and really took care of me. He completely changed my opinion of this dealership. If you're going to buy an expensive car at any dealership make sure you talk to Raul first. Changed my review from 1 star to 4.

I decided to buy another BMW at the end of my lease. Laura Blanc helped me out, and I had a great shopping experience there. The dealership was large clean, and there were many selections. Laura was very professional, and knowledge about the car we bought, and gave us a great deal! After the purchase, I had questions about my lease deposit refund, and Laura was very prompt in responding to my text and helped me resolve the concern. Great customer service!
Just a little slow in service. You typically wait sitting in a car for 30 minutes, even if you have an appointment, waiting to be seen by a service consultant.
From my first contact using online chat to an X5 35I lease one day later, the Stevens Creek team was professional, curtious and attentitive despite the busy Sundsy afternoon I got started. In particular, T. J Singh (sales) and M. K. Kamaluldeen (Finance) were great to work out a deal and service package talored to my interests for a lease to buy. I've never written a merchant review, this experience motivated me.

I went into to return my i3 which was at end of lease. The sales manager, Sasa had been very helpful. With his help, I leases a new 530e. The total experience has been very smooth. I will come back in 3 yrs for sure.
