When they say they need one day for a service, they mean at least three days. And you won't even get a msg from them saying they need extra time. Tried to message the salesman, no reply. Avoid this place for any type of service. They also charge you lots of money nonsense
Dealer is fine when you purchase a new car. The issue is the service center which can take up to 45 minutes for a service intake. Suggest looking elsewhere if you value your time.
The sales experience, like the car itself, was perfect. Thanks in large part to our salesperson Mr Silva. This man is a gentleman, so patient, so knowledgeable, and so kind. It's like buying a car from your best friend.
No one has time to show a car most of the employees were roaming free but no helped. I was intrested alot to get m5/6 but after realizing that they cant even attend a new customer how can they provide a good deal or service. Happily bought Mercedes #amg at least they know how to welcome and take care of their customers.

Had a great experience at Steven's Creek BMW. Kamran Haroon was able to find us an X1 with all the features we wanted for a great deal. The dealership even stayed open late for us and was nothing but patient and friendly, even with our 1 year old running around. We visited three BMW dealerships before buying our car here and found the pricing transparency and service to be excellent.

We bought a BMW X1 from this place, they did great job for us. We got really good deal and nice car. The sales person was Jojo Teter, she is amazing, and the finance person was Kim, she spent lots of time to meet the payment that we were looking for it.
