Had a great experience here! My service guy Larry L.was AMAZING and super KIND! He explained everything to me and was not pushy about what needed to be done like a lot of the car places up here. He made sure that my car was in tip top shape and took care of an issue I had when my car was returned to me without question. Being a female not knowing anything about cars and having issues with your car can be super stressful but Larry made sure to ease my stress and took great care of me! THANKS LARRY! YOU ARE THE BEST!

Sunland Ford serviced my vehicle before leaving on our trip yo Utah. They did all that was required and finished the service satisfactorily. I always have them service my vehicle and get good feedback from the helpful service writers and technicians.

Got my car repaired and also a new crack on my dashboard that the service director Alex Israel denied happening under his care. He promised to fix it but not replace it.shook my hand on it and everything. He kept putting me off for months making excuses and never kept his word. Dishonest department.do not trust them!

Car was serviced in a timely manner they did not wash car off like they normally do and left grease and oil prints on hood, bumper and left fender not the service I have had in the past.

Well, I bought my vehicle on Dec 16,2018, a 2018 Ford Escape. Unfortunately, it's been in the shop a lot longer than it's been in my garage.
The sales department personnel where really nice, and helped my wife find the right vehicle.
However, on the way home from the dealership, we noticed that the autostart/auto stop system was not working, and after driving it to the store to do some Christmas shopping, we were disappointed when we couldn't start the new vehicle due to a dead battery. Embarrassing to stand next to a new vehicle with Sunland Ford plates, having it jump started by a friendly target shopper. (At least he had a sense of humor and said that's why he buys chevys) Lol
I am hoping we will have a better experience once we get our vehicle back, and are able to drive it, after 2 weeks of being in the shop.
I will update my review on how well we like this Ford Escape once we actually get some time to drive it. (Hopefully Soon)

I had a bad experience with this place my tire had a slow leak so i go to patch it and it was right before closeing.i get up to go to work in my tires all the way flat goes to show you how fast and how of a hurry they wanted me out of there not only did I have to pay for a cheap patch now I got to miss a day at work

Proud new owner of a 2018 Ford F-150 - Huge shout out to Alex for helping me accept the fact that it was time to replace my 'vehicle' and help me decide on my new purchase, no pressure at all and I greatly appreciate that he is very straightforward and honest. Josh was very helpful in narrowing down the exact truck that I was looking for. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Wes worked out an amazing deal for me and Travis made the whole paperwork process as pleasant as possible. Everyone is very friendly and professional and provided great customer service. Thank you all for all that you did.

Came here to get a vehicle because im expecting in February and have two 4 year olds and a soon to be 2 year old. Well, just as i was satisfied with them. My 90 day warranty expires. And boom! The car is leaving me stranded places. I legit shouldn't have traded in my 2 cars (with no car note) for this car. Im stuck paying $500 a month for a car i cant even drive. I even took it in one day (maybe 2 days after i got it) because when i first got the vehicle the brakes were squeaky. They said it was nothing wrong, "its air in the new brakes". Well months later squeaking has not stopped. So before my warranty was up. I requested for them to do a full inspection on the car. (This now included the jerking of the car.) They said they drove it and inspected it & nothing was wrong.
I fully fully fully regret getting this car. I have to use car note money on fixing things when i hadn't even had this car 6 months. Its super stressful. Im scared to even drive my kids around for safety reasons. Ill be taking a maternity leave soon and im super nervous about going into labor without a reliable car.

This is one of the Strait Talk dealership from the start to end of the deal. We went 85 miles to buy our 2018 Ford Fiesta. Ms. Jessica Diaz - Internet Sales and Scott Boyd - Internet Director and Micheal Townsend - Sales Person were extremely extremely Know what we want and how to deal with a customer and to make the process clear and easy. We recommend them, period.

I had a great experience with Sunland Ford in Victorville, but most importantly, my Sales Consultant Isaac Bazan went over and above my expectations. He was very knowledgeable about the Edge, he was honest, and people buy from people they trust:). I am in the RV business and my clients sometimes are in need of a tow vehicle. I have stored Isacc in my contacts under favorites:) and will contact him to assist my clients as well with their truck purchase. Travis the Finance Director was very thorough with the loan documents and I loved his bracelets "Make Finance Great Again". Thank you Travis for my bracelet, I have worn it every day. Sales floor supervisor agreed on certain price, ended up paying over 2000 more over a hand shake, beware of the sales, love my truck, stock price refects this supervisor and not the product, beware of the hand shake

Great place to get a vehicle, I went to the dealership to see my options. I was nervous because of the typical stories about car salesmen. I was introduced to Stephen a car salesman at the dealership and he made everything extremely easy and not stressful at all. Every department from management to sales and then the financial department was so helpful and made my experience so quick and easy that I walked away with the car I wanted and needed. This is a great place to do business.

Great service and they try to put you in the vehicle you want the best they can. I financed a mustang there and went home with it that day. Nearly a week later the finance department called me back to tell me they found me a better deal on the same car and they did

First time at location and first Ford since my family was always GM, but have had our eye on a Flex for over a, year so we decided to stop by and actually sit in one and test drive, Fernando was very helpful and what the rest of the staff were great at answering some hard questions I had, didnt plan on driving a new car off the lot but couldn't pass up the great deal we received on a 2018 Flex with 12k miles (dealer car). Would recommend this dealership and look forward to a long relationship with them and with Ford especially since I was born and raised in MI, home of the big 3

Go there if you have to, plan to get screwed if you buy parts. They wanted $235 for a de-gass coolant plastic bottle for my diesel truck, I bought it on line same motorcraft one they sell at auto parts warehouse with free shipping for $65. Really.

My wife took our recently purchased Focus in do to a problem with the backing assistance system. The service writer checked in the vehicle and have the system checked out. Late that day, my called to get an update, when she was told what the problem was and that because the vehicle was 1000 miles out of warrante, we would have to pay $100 deductable. The 1000 mile out of warrante was puxxling to me, so I called the service department and asked for the service writer of record to try and get this clarified. My first attempt ended with me leaving a voice message on the service writer's phone. The message clearly stated who I was, the vehicle make and model, the concern, and to please call me back. After the not recieving a call back and understanding how the day can take many twists and turns, I proceeded to call back later. Again, my contact attempt ended with me leaving a voice message. Well the service writer never returned either call, so my wife had to go out of her way the following day (which was day 3 without our car) to get clarification on our concern. While the service and subsequent repair were perfectedly fine, it is very concerning that this particular service could not perform this very basic customer service function and return my calls. This stories ends when we arrived to retrieve our vehicle only to have our service gone for the day. Luckly one of the professional and customer centric service writers took to the time to further clarify why the repairr was not 100% covered. He could not provide any offerings as to why our service writer did not return my calls. Amanda, please work on this very basic customer service function. One last word, the workmanship of the repair was completed to perfect satisfication.
