23The Service Department does quality work, Be sure to make an appointment because they're busy most often, On that note - They would do well to expand Service Department facilities to accommodate the heavy workload.
I will never ever go there again to have my car repair, My car sit there from 12 to 4 while the guy that was in charge of my car was out to lunch A 4 hour lunch Must be nice and when I picked up my car he could not even look at me Never again
I gave them a 4 because I was told I needed a new battery when I didn't. I purchased my current battery 14 months ago from another retailer. When I returned back to where I purchased the battery they proved to me that my battery was still good. So customers beware, of Sunland Ford Service trying to sale you on things you don't need. I know they are in the business to make money but not like this. Honesty is always the BEST policy in my book.
