23This area of the American river is one of my favorites. Especially in the fall when all the cotton wood trees start to turn yellow and drop there leaves. It's almost magical. The air turns sweet with the smell of fall and you can walk by the river seeing all kinds of salmon jumping. There's lots of bike trails and horse trails. I love this area and I'm sure you will too.
Great place to go to! First time I didn't think it was going to be any fun. But the second I got out there it was the awesome! Coasting down the river was so much fun. It takes a few hours but it was well worth it. Don't forget to bring sunscreen though! Makes a big difference.
Horrible, the line to get in took forever. No one at the gate, just a kiosk. Everyone was just going around the line. Going in the out and not paying. People coming out could not get out. First and last time at this place. We just turned around and left. People in the cars were so rude. With this many hundreds of people here today and no help around, I can only imagine what it was like inside.
