Sutter Medical Center Emergency Department

They are the least professional and least worried about your health staff, doctors take 3 hours to get to your room and medications/treatment will not start till 5 or 6 hours after your in they want your insurance money not your well being, this place used to be amazing not no more!

Caring staff on all levels. Very clean inside and out. I had an outpatient procedure that went great thanks to the wonderful, caring staff.

I’m here waiting right now been here for 2 hours and there is 2 homeless guys being aggressive and loud. There’s security present not doing or saying anything. I moved seats because I was uncomfortable and they made a rude comment about me moving and the security have done nothing. I want to get up and complain but if they make another rude aggressive comment towards me I will cause a scene and most likely I’ll be the one asked to leave. These guys are clearly on drugs and being disrespectful to everyone in here and the fact they are allowed in here is ridiculous this will be the last time I come in here. This is the worst emergency room I ever been in and thanks to the slow staff I will be here longer waiting for my results on what may be wrong with me. I am very upset about the staff here just staring and security is at their desk on the computer not doing anything.im very uncomfortable and I want to leave. Wish someone would make them leave
