I came in with my 8 week old (preemie) and they had me waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours with very sick people. My daughter has not had her shots yet and sue to her prematurity, her immune system is very low. With my other children at a different sutter hospital, they were seen asap due to them being infants. Worst care ever!
