TA Ontario West

Unorganized. 6 hours in a bay for brake caliber, s cam and bushings just to be told they can't get the part until tomorrow. Standing around talking instead of doing the job and waiting to everything closes to do anything about it. This shop is one of the worst in TA system.

Beware of parking scams here. Last September, I stayed for 26 hours and they asked me for a $50 parking fee even though I did $30 shopping. When I asked the lady at the gate why you weren't counting my shopping receipts, she said that's what the computer says. I told the lady that I didn't pay the parking fee in full when I shopped before, but she insisted that I had to pay. I think TA management is not aware of this parking scam.

They don’t let you wait to use the showers. The employees are rude. And they kick you out right away. The older man moping was also very abrupt in me stepping on his “floor” as he was fanning it dry. The register closed down for about 15 minutes and I couldn’t buy anything.

The showers are very clean. The staff is friendly. The in store restaurants are very convenient.

Three stars because I love the staff I respect everyone but at some point people need to take pride in their work by cleaning properly. It's one thing to smile be cordial, proper and nice but cleanliness is godliness. And if you dont believe in God then cleanliness should still be a top priority in your work ethic. There's residue on the shower head my shower at home isn't like that it's spotless no calcium deposits nor grime. The people who work there are nice but please clean these showers better and after every use. Please clean these showers better than you do your home.

Purchased a shower and was told that there would be a 3 hour wait time. Came back in 1.5 hours and was told my time had to be reset.

Unprofessional service desk girl, kind a rude, she should be fired from TA, otherwise after talk with her customers lose their trust to TA service! 12/25/2020

Was told I'd be in and out "very soon" for an air leak diagnosis and a 5 minute trailer lube. They diagnosed the air leak, then told me other things that I already knew about, therefore did not need to be told about again, wasting both his and my valuable time without taking 5 minutes or less to grease my trailer. 5 1/2 hours later, after being ignored and talked down to the whole time, I had enough so I expressed my displeasure in no uncertain terms, at which time I was immediately taken to another bay by the manager (who was the only professional in the entire place) and three minutes later I was done and on my way. During my 5 1/2 hour internment, I observed two separate occasions wherein several people were standing around laughing and goofing off, extremely unprofessional and overall disappointing, especially compared to other TA's across the nation, definitely far less than the type of service I've come to expect from this organization.

This is the worst place for do oil change, NOT ONLY WAIT 7HRS!
DO NOT HAVE PARTS, THEY STAR AND ORDER PARTS TO DEALER, think twice to do oil change here, maybe lost a load or take SEVERAL OTHERS HRS TO DO!
MANAGER AND EMPLOYES ARE REALLY BAD actitud!

The truck service people are terrible terrible terrible.
I told them last night number they put worng number.then morning time they put again worng number.then I when again inside like hey I'm still waiting.more then 3 hour.you didn't call me.and she repeat my number again.what the hack.like seriously if you don't wanna work.leave the job.like we are humans not your slaves.
I really wish you all take it serious about you business.imagine one oil change took all night and right now its 9.40

It's a place to park in southern California. You're in a very dirty and poor city/area. Don't expect the truck stop to be any different.

They seem more bothered by your business than anything. Been at the shop today getting oil change and a new trailer tire. Been here 12 hours as of now. Will not be doing business here again.

First trucks can fuel to 60 gals and get free parking but expedite vans can't fuel up to 60 gals so we are required to pay. So will not come here no more

Security Guard Gonzales is a stupid retard wake me up at 1: 00 am when i had i reserve parking paid with all the info right. He even threatened to kick me off the property

Waiting in excess of 4 or 5 hours past your appointment time is ridiculous. Why take appointments if you don’t honor them? I am expected to be here at a certain time, maybe your Staff should not be disrespectful of my time and actually honor the tome the appointment was made, not have me wait hours past it. Last time I will use any TA or Petro.

It a great place to park. It 30 mins to 90mins from where I pick up loads and drop off, very convenient. They waive $20 parking by spending $20. I buy taco bell and miscellaneous stuff. Service is not great, but people are people. I don’t shower here. I dont use restroom here cause I have a portable potty.

I just did some more research this place has the lowest rating of all the truck stops in the area! And it's not surprising to me at all, I wonder how corporate will handle the complaints in the morning!

They nickel and dime YOU TOO DEATH!

Pay for parking, pay for reserved spots, must spend a minimum of 20$ a day too park!

Ohhh if you buy stuff BRING Your OWN BAG!

Or they charge 10 cents FOR A FREAKING BAG!

This place is a run down dirty

Five hours to have a air bag installed that only takes 20min bad attitude worst T/A shop I've ever been to and they try and sell you stuff that your truck dont need before they even look at it stay away people I would give it a -5 if I could

People of Ontario are so rude cant even buy something without bein harrassed. And the drivers good Lord there demons possessed by something.
