This is the worst place ever sercurity harassing thugs don't even drive trucks wondering around outside looking for a lick customer service rude as hell im a damn truck driver and sercurity harassing me and my wife like we wanna still I work for my living its really decrimination here I don't feel comfortable getting out my truck going in there use the rest room its in the hood gotta pay for parking food is high its the worst place period.

This place is terrible customer service is rude and security harasses you while your in the store i would not recommend this place to any trucker this is the worst place ever the food is over price.if you don't have to don't stop here this place should be closed down

Totally not fair got there 1300 Sunday didn't leave till 230am Monday didn't give no shower only way I give a 3 b cuz no matter what u will finda parking now imo y I'm ever go there @ I live out there

Still have hookers everywhere and people knocking on the truck for money during your 10 hour break. Food is hideous as well

For as much money we dump into this "DUMP" you would think they would have better attitudes towards us but is that the case? HELL NO! This place is literally like they went around Ontario and picked up the most hateful, rudest bunch of people they could find and happily employed them here. TA better chill and get there act together before Loves moves in and moves them out!

Went to take a shower here and you can tell they didn't attempt to clean it razors was still in the shower and spit and toothpaste was still on the sink

They told me they had a sale on a navigation system but that apparently expired by the time I got to the counter this ta has outlived it’s usefulness.

Road service lady wanted to have a conversation instead of taking info and getting the damn repair truck out to me. She kept gabbing and not just getting her job done.

Bought 8 new Bridgestone drive tires and had a PM done on my truck. Couldn't even get a free shower out of them. 15.00 later I got my shower. Never again will I use a TA-Petro
I give this place 1 star for the Big Parking Lot.
20.00 for 24hr parking or spend 20.00 in store for free 24hrs parking.

Ate at Country Pride, asked for well done but cook burned everything. Well done does not mean burnt! Couldnt get card to work on machine for shower. Used appto get code, then door to shower wouldnt open. Shower girl was useless! Got mad and walked away cause i said please dont touch my phone with dirty toilet gloves on! Shower stall poorly cleaned! Broken latch on door! Missing hooks! Take some of that money we are spending here and fix this craphole! Good water pressure is only positive thing I can say. California is a dump!

Food was cold. My husband ate at the breakfast buffet.food was less than fresh I ordered off the menu. Food was sub par.server was attentive and apologized for the crappy food lol

Why is this ugly female driving around the truck parking lot in a good color ford ranger? She is either selling drugs, selling pooty tang, or selling drugs. Security needs to boot her out of the TA property.

Very rude employees and manager, especially the district manager. Showers were disgusting
One aisle for purchases with 3 cashiers behind the counter, not to mention their rude and disrespectful attitudes.

Truckers/ Over 500 parking spots with a fee of 20.00. So if you're hungry or need anything be sure it's 20.00 or over keep the recipe and it will cover 24hrs of parking. Food options inside and also surrounding area.

Everything I needed in one place. Only issue I had is that they decided to close the restrooms to clean them at 7am. That is kind of a busy time to for a truck stop to clean their restrooms.

Old School American Truck Stop. A thin veneer of "Welcome! How may we help you? " covers a solid, defiant, "Truck You Buddy" core.

All the big cities have at least one place like this, here we have two side by side. The Petro is identical. They see thousands of trucks here every week. Thousands of drivers. Hundreds of thousands of gallons of fuel. Thousands of meals. A few hundred showers. Thousands of convenience store customers. If you have a bad experience nobody will bat an eye. You are one of the thousands.

They aren't going to be happy to see you. They won't be glad you stopped in.

The main thing to remember at places like this, is that nobody cares. No. Body. Cares. It's pointless to complain. You won't receive satisfaction. The staff don't have the authority. The managers have better things to do. If you can handle this sort of thing, stop in. If you can't, stay out.

It's really that simple.

Bathrooms a little rough. Cashier at fuel desk was doing scale and retail. Line was long, but she was doing her absolute best. Paid parking. Okay truck stop. Waitress in restaurant was complaining about other truckdrivers

Somewhat clean. Subway, Taco Bell, Pizza and Country Pride to choose from. You must pay to park (trucks) or buy 60 gallons of fuel. Showers not really clean. Staff is generally nice.

Ample parking, but it costs. Location always feels a bit dirty, though; might benefit from a makeover.
