Target, Inglewood CA

I had a negative experience at this location I came in November of 2020 to check out their clothing selection for women and was very disappointed with what was here. Poor selection of items. Cannot speak for the rest of the store I walked out and left. I may come back see if things have changed and give an update but I am hesitant to return to this particular Target.

I was in the self check out line. One of the associates came over and began to ring customers up on her device to help the line go quicker. She was very pleasant.

The drive up option is a complete mess. We sat there for over an hour just to find out that they cancelled our order. The supervisor lied and said we weren’t there within the two minutes. We showed proof that we had been waiting. She still refused to bring our order out due to it being “cancelled” and they did not refund my money or provide proof of cancellation. The app still says my order is ready for pick up. I will not waste my time coming to this particular target.

Excellent Customer Service. I has difficulties read the the keypad and she made adjustment for me. She was pleasant and engaging with the customers. I definitely enjoyed my shopping experience today. And she truly represented Target in a positive way. Thank You!

The store is great but they seem to hire locally, so you will encounter mostly ghetto rude people who act annoyed when you ask for help. Training is seriously needed.

I was a block away when I entered on the app I was at the store, thinking that by doing so I wouldn't have to wait long. To my surprise the employee had my items ready for me outside when I pulled in. Awesome service.

We did not have a trailer (we were bobtail)
We went in to target and when we returned we had security violation for taking up 2 spaces
We were there less then 30 min
I will never buy from any store in that lot

Terrible people starting with management. "Manager" by the name of Louie incredibly rude not only to guests but the employees. People like him should not be in charge! Throw the whole store away

Starbucks was very rude and closed so early even though their supposed to at 9. Target was sooo messy and stuff were thrown everywhere. Very very bad target one of the worst ones I’ve seen.

One of my favorite Targets. Very large and great parking. Never crowded! That is why I love it! Other Targets can get quite crowded. Nice selection. Anything that I can't get from Costco, I just drive up here and get the rest. Staff is nice. Prices are reasonable. I am not sure but the prices seem a bit lower than other Targets that are in more richer neighborhoods. Great Target!

Target a great place for great deals. The service was great and people was very helpful. I came in for a Bullet blender. Use the app and new the exact isle for the product and self checked out.

Terrible service self check out took 20 mins to pay with 2 guest in front of us! There were two registers open one that no one was using then we found out it was open but you could only pay with cash. Why wouldn't the Target Rep inform the customers? ! They really need some work!

I went to this store to purchase a cell phone by a certain company (V. M.) AND their Employees were "busy" profiling me because of the way that I LOOK. I was followed around the store from the time that I entered and the when I left the store. The store did not have the cell phone as it was advertised on the Internet. #WasteOfTime #FalseAdvertisment.

They thought we were stealing because we black and we were collecting a lot of items. So they said we’re not allowed to purchase any items. Inglewood target is racist and made me feel really embarrassed. I don’t wanna to be looked as a stealer.

Do not call to ask if they have a particular item that says they carry it. They will always say yes. I made a trip for nothing. Never again Will i go to that store.

If you have WIC don't come here! Two of my checks couldn't even get purchased completely because they have the labels incorrectly put and they didn't want to let me go back and get the "correct" items. I always get what has the WIC sticker next to it so I won't have to deal with this! Also as the cashier was ringing me another worker walked past and said " you doing wic!? Man I hate doing that" and two other workers asked the cashier if she was almost done, talk about poor customer service!

If you're looking for wine/alcohol they don't carry it here. Not sure why. Yet is odd that they carry alcohol supplies like wine pourer/stoppers, drink strainers etc. Save the drive peeps.

I saw discrimination at first hand today he was checking all the black people receipts and did not check one Mexican a white person's receipt yes I watched it with my own eyes if there was a zero on here I will put a zero but I'm giving y'all asses one star you better hope when I go back I'm in a good mood because I ain't showing that m*********** that front the gate nothing I watched him just let the white people walk out and check all the black people

They have staff on the floor spread out throughout the store willing to help you out without the attitude.
