Needs customer service improvement. Cashiers arent fast enough and some dont greet you. Poor training
It is a nice place to shop. But they just don't have a lot of tool selection. I think they should have more Black & Decker tool selection. The place was very clean. I would recommend people shop there.
I called & the lady acted like she couldn't tell me the items she keep telling me look online when i obviously got the number from online so of course i already was on the website, need better customer service & better attitude
