The worst TARGET (Metreon) Store in all San Francisco Bay! Management is terribly unprofessional and lazy!

One particular evening, around 6: 50 PM, a bunch of customers went in to purchase items! By the time we headed to the cashiers to check out, Managment had closed all Cashier stations, even self check out machines! Literally about 35 customers dropped their baskets filled with items on the floor and headed out! All Target Staff had gone and the Managers hid out until everybody left!

Avoid this Target store like a plague!

I have unfortunately had to deal with a cashier named Jeffrey on more than one occasion. This is the most negative and rude cashier I have had to deal with. I look for any line that he is not a checkout clerk at all. He is always bitter and rude.

Horrible experience at the women's fitting room. I asked the salesperson if the garment was available in other sizes and he kept telling me "listen" as he was trying to "service me" and that women do not listen, several times. Shocking that management would place such a misogynist at a women's fitting room. The whole experience was so unpleasant I just wanted to walk away and not worry about my order. I left the store rattled and upset.

The target tech/manager in the electronics department (789 Mission St), Haliburton Favela was exceptionally good, knowledgeable, confident patient and went out of his way to be helpful. Target store is in San Francisco. He is at inform target.com, user ID: 7887 4723 4988, Password: 828 756.

I love the central location and the fact that I can pick up my goods Immediately. The store is clean and the stockpile is neatly displayed. Thank you Target!

I ordered 2 baby milk and its only 1 came and the milk 'CANNED' was literally has damage. So disappoint

Because overall I absolutely love target and the deals and give backs for customers as well as it being a one stop shop for most things.

Target is a convenient stop. Unfortunately the produce section is quite limited. It would be nice to have more of a selection of fresh veggies that hit the yellow, green, red, etc.range for a more balanced nutritional meal.

Because I LOVE Target! Always have! When I lived in the Midwest, we finally got a Target, but almost an hour drive away! So we made it an event, ate breakfast or lunch there, shopped and went home! A great way to start the weekend! When we finally got one here in San Francisco, I was beyond excited, and now we have several! Love, love love Target!

The order pickup was good, but the information is completely wrong. Once I was told there is no item available in this store, the online shop showed it. And it was there the next day. Very poor experience.

DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you have to
The staff are rude and unprofessional and the supervisors seem to disinterested to care

Strategically located target, not vey big but has everything you need, and prices are good for a target.it is not very clean though

This is a good place to get what you need in a hurry. The people are friendly and the prices are pretty fair. Plus, the delivery option is always convenient. Enjoy.

Conveniently located Target. Very easy to purchase some desserts or snacks and then head into the AMC theatre upstairs, which allows you to bring food/drinks in, which is a huge perk for a theatre.

Their items are quick to restock and they get extremely busy on the weekends as there are a ton of folks loading up on items for their apartments.

I get $100 Store Credit which I need a couple of things. This will help a lot. Thank you. Ms Kayle. Howard

If your a minority and like to be followed down every isle every time this place is perfect for your shopping experience

I went shopping today and a guy with headphones literally stalked me in every aisle that I shopped. I was going to call 911 because he could have been a sexual predator. Finally I asked him if he needed help or worked there and he ran off. TRget security guards should be watching these creeps and taking care of them. I did not see any security guards around.

It’s a good size target. There were so many empty shelves. It was obvious that their focus was on groceries. The toy department was a mess, many empty shelves, missing price tags, and random stuff left on the shelves. I couldn’t find an employee to help me with the toys.

Worst Target ever. Their black employees have bad manners and horrible attitudes. Especially the Return/Exchange Desk Manager. She be ALL about nasty attitude without apology! And I'm not sorry for being honest!
