Department Store Target reviews
33I work for a company called Regus, and we had purchased a large quantity of items online from Target. We needed to return and rebuy a lot of it for various budgeting reasons, and despite the confusion and massive amount of office decor, the Guest Services team at this particular Target was absolutely incredible. I'd like to personally thank them, I know my boss is incredibly grateful as well, and I will of course CONTINUE to advocate for Target (I was a GSTL once), as this is one of my favorite stores.like, ever.
Convenient one-stop-store. Vast variety and common household products at better priced. Public transit accessible.
Short wait at cashier, before the holiday. Not about now for xmas.
I hate crowds.
Worst Target location ever. Had my purse stolen from me while at the register but security did nothing as the guy ran past them. When the cop showed up to take the report and requested to see the security feed he was told only 4 cameras work in the entire store and the ones up front are not the working ones. Prior to that I had paid online for a pair of shoes and when I went to pick them up in store a few hours later I opened the box to find not the shoes I paid for but a pair of somebody's very old, very smelly falling apart sneakers. All I can say is thank goodness I checked the box before I left the store.
Incredibly poorly run, even for a Target. Empty departments, rude employees. You can buy whatever it is somewhere else.
The staff is always very friendly and helpful, the selection is decent for a scaled-down, city Target. The location falls victim to the issues on the streets, sometimes the cops are called to remove a belligerent customer, but Target staff seem to handle these problems well and I've never felt unsafe.
It's a good store to shop Target. Great prices, good quality but quantity with some items just too low. I love shopping at Target.
Worst Target experience and I love Target. No parking, waited 50 minutes for order pickup, and customer service sucked. Never going back to this location. I would give 0 stars but the pharmacist (Hannah?) was super nice so that redeemed this Target the 3 stars. I would only go here for the pharmacy.
Very bad experience indeed! The male cashier was very rude to me, acted disrespectfully and literally said "I don't have time to help you. " So, what is he doing there in the first place? Interesting how a single player can make an entire team look bad! I Doubt if management will retrain this guy.
Great place for shopping for all sorts of goods. Very spacious layout with different sections for different household items. When I was here, bought some nutritional vitamin supplements which was on offer. Lots of clothes on sale also, although the clothes were a bit on the high price.
There's a lot to choose from and I always find what I want and I also find things that I didn't even KNOW that I wanted. Plus the employees are always helpful.
Frankly for urban center location, their selection limited here. Central store on Geary Blvd better. Pricey veggies, fruit&wine - mini housewares area too. Target needs to update assortment
Learn to communicate. Called about a computer charger that 1 person said was in stock and walked all the way to the store and it wasn't here. I'm pissed
I visited here like 3 times, they did well customer seevices, there was a guy i forget his name looks chinese, he fixed my bike as my need, he was be calm for providing customer needs, his names starts from the letter "J"
