The walk-up ability is wonderful. Ever though it took me 45 minutes (COVID19 makes nothing easy), I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and the helpful staff at this office.

Everyone was friendly and professional but I have to say you need to review the way CD copies are handled.
I witnessed 3 people ahead of me get irritated at having to wait so long for their CD and it happened to me as well. After waiting 1/2 hour for the CD they said would take 5 to 10 minutes I too got irritated and went up to ask about it at which point it was produced almost immediately. It appears there is no notification process from the imaging rooms to the front desk to remind someone to make the cd.

I was assisted by Connie when I came in. She seemed to be the person in charge of management. She was so helpful and kind. I have issues and she was so very nice, letting me take the time I needed. Wonderful!

I was somewhat disappointed that when I went in for the xray for my hand that I wasn't asked if I wanted the protective covering for my body and my neck. That is the FIRST xray place that I wasn't offered protective cover. Sorta makes us old people feel like we're not worth the gear that keeps us safe.

During my visit I noticed the professionalism in the office. I didn't wait to long and my ultrasound was thoroughly completed. Not sure the name of my technician but she was very professional and informative.

Fast, Easy, and Friendly Service! I went for a chest X-Ray, for my first time, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Temecula Valley Imaging!

Not a friendly atmosphere & somewhat disorganized surrounding. One employee on the check-in counter (Daniela) wasn't accommodating at all.

Great place. I arrived at 630 a.m. Or so and as tired as I was they treated me with great service. Friendly and the technician was very kind to me. He made me feel so comfortable. Thank you

Temecula Valley Imaging is great. They really care about you and are very professional, skilled and care about you. They’ve helped make my healthcare better. I had a problem and they helped get me better and set my mind at ease. They’re the real deal.

At first I was almost impressed by the speed at which we were admitted, but soon after the realization that this efficiency came from a complete lack of care for patients ; or even any reguard to spend more than 2 minutes on any given patient ; despite the need to scan more than one given area. I was charged one hundred and fifteen USD to wait three days for the wrong results on the wrong tissue of my throat. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOU'RE HARD EARNED MONEY, GO TO HEMET EVEN

The staff members who helped me were smiling, friendly, kind, explained things thoroughly. Me x-ray technoque’s name is JR.tithe receptionist has longish dark hair.

When I called the beginning voice should have given the hours of operation for the facility. That”s the only reason I called. I went hoping they would be open. Great experience with staff.

3rd time here over the years. The staff here are always friendly. The technicians are top notch. No matter how crowded they are, I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes. Very professional services.

Staff and facility are great. Staff is very professional and caring. I was seen on time of my appointment which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this facility for your imaging needs.

Went in at about 0920 and walked out by 1000. The woman at the front desk is always very courteous and professional. An elderly lady at the front desk needed extra help. She did not understand that her doctor was not in your office. Your front desk staffer walked her outside to show her where her doctor’s building was. Wish I remembered name.

Had to have a bladder scan and pelvic ultrasound. All employees were very friendly and professional. The technician did great. I was nervous cuz the last time I had a pelvic ultrasound it was extremely uncomfortable but this tech was gentle and made the room not awkward

The reception person was fantastic. She was super personable and welcoming. I felt comfortable immediately. The technician was great and made the whole process less stressful. Thanks to the entire staff for making my Friday evening visit easy.

Staff was good. X ray tech could have been more friendly having me stand for sevetal mins before saying anything when I got into the xray room. People are in pain, so better communication is helpful!

They took me back at my exact appointment time. Very clean and professional place to get x-rays and ultrasounds done. Safe is very nice and informative.

Very busy place and the entire staff deals with it very effectively with patience, kindness and smiles. Yup, you're gonna have to wait, but before you lose it notice the other folks waiting. There is always someone whose needs are more urgent.

Temecula Valley Imaging has a great group of friendly and professional staff and very quick with expediting my needs with xrays.
