Really pleased with the support from the staff. There was some confusion regarding insurance coverage but Connie and team was phenomenal! She resolved the issue and got me out of there quickly. These folks go the extra mile.

I had appointment Oct 20 2018 in the new building long story short ultrasound and mammogram so called site manager I have diabetes no leg Pullman vascular disease on site manager after I was sitting down yells so all can hear you have a 60,00 copay I did not know this I asked can you bill me yelling all could hear no we and insurance wants the money now oh ultrasound was to be taken see my swollen leg if there is a blood clot or problems like the leg they took off he said if you do not pay 60 copay for ultrasound you can't have your breast exam which is free I was in tears I worked medical doctors hospitals we never talk or threaten patients who ever hired that person should've dismissed along with him I intend to go legal on this so called experience person there hiring trash collector that I way treat patient

I was a walk in for an X-ray on my knee. The staff was very efficient and personable.the X-ray technician was very good and took the three pictures in a couple minutes. The staff was very good and I would come back if I ever need the service.

I can't remember the girl's name at the front desk but she was so kind I was in that was fast and everyone treated me very nice the only problem is that people bringing their sick kids in and they a lot of older people catch that and get real sick maybe they should use face mask thank you

Walk-in for X-ray is great but they didn’t really communicate the wait times, waited almost an hour for the exam that took less than 5 minutes. Would be nice to have option to schedule appointment for X-Ray as well. Staff was very friendly and made my son feel comfortable during the exam. Other than the wait time we were very pleased.

Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful from the front desk to the ultrasound tech, Shawn. It is very rare in the medical field that you get seen in time when you have an appointment so I was pleased that I was seen right at my 6pm appt time.

The Menifee location took me at 1030am early before 1145 am for my exam. Great! I'm working 17 days in a row. No days off.thanks for taking me early.

We had an apt. But still waited over an hour, trying NOT to release any" water "before my ultrasound. That was unfortunate, but other than that everyone was super nice& caring and very polite! Thank you!

The Ultrasound Tech and the student that was observing my daughters scan, were very professional and friendly. Thank you for making my daughter feel comfortable.

The ultrasound technician was very sensitive and kind especially since I was having a transvaginal ultrasound. I did not wait long for my appointment and once I was taken in, it was a very quick process.
