22We live in SF and have been researching the Model3 for a long time, we test drove at the SF location but it felt very busy/under staffed. We called the Burlingame location and were greeted on the phone by Anthony Damato - a Sales Associate who was able to answer all of our questions. We started emailing and communicating exclusively with Anthony who always got back to us quickly. He helped us throughout our process of buying and was there when we picked up our new car! If you're thinking of a Tesla, call the Burlingame location and ask for Anthony, he's the man!
Very nice sales staff and also support. We came by to charge our model x and get advice on changing our tires. Unfortunately they couldn’t change the tires on site, but referred us to American tires and Costco. The nice woman even helped us make the order over the phone for the tires.
If you're interested in new Tesla I highly recommend calling and asking for ANTHONY! The Tesla purchase process is definitely unique and different. We placed our order online and Tesla was slow to get in touch, but as soon as I called the Burlingame location and got Anthony on the phone all of our questions were answered. Anthony ended up taking over our order and was extremely helpful, responsive and flexible with our needs. Upon delivery he answered all of our questions, gave us tons of time and space to check out the car before signing our paperwork, and was never pressuring us. Call and ask for Anthony!
The service people here are so poorly trained and has such a stuck up attitude. It makes me not want to own this car.
These Tesla salespeople messed up my friend and my online account and wouldn’t apologize for it. Misplaced a new car order and Placed our credit card on someone else’s account and blamed us for it.
Be careful when dealing with these guys!
Ust picked up my 2017 model S after its 2nd yearly service at Burlingame location and felt I had to take the time to write a review. My experience here started shortly after I picked up my new MS in October 2017 and had a half dozen issues that needed to be addressed, including a serious alignment issue. It took several visits until all my concerns were fixed. They were always patient and made sure to document and address everything I asked for. Not only were they apologetic for the hassle, they gave me a credit for a full detail whenever I wanted. A year later I went back to Burlingame for the regular maintenance, they had the specific alignment configuration for my car on file and did the full detail that was offered previously.
Now, at year two, I was concerned knowing that the number of M3's out there have been overwhelming the service centers, so I didn't know what to expect. To be safe, I went to the center in person to book my appointment. Ashley helped me and answered all my questions except for one, she said she would research because she was not sure (I spend a LOT of time on TMC forums, so have a lot of special requests). We then booked my visit for 10 days out. There were appointments sooner, but not at ideal times for me. I showed up this morning and Jan checked me in. I had specific requests around the alignment and tire rotation and Jan made sure they were done correctly. The car was done by 3: 00pm today and I spoke to Ashley again when I picked it up. She had done her research from our conversation 10 days ago and had the appropriate firmware adjustments made to my car.
I could not be happier with the service at Burlingame.
I bought a new car in late May. It was delivered to me a few weeks later with signs of paint chips, misaligned driver seat and a dent on the rocker panel. I took the car in for Tesla to fix it but they just couldn’t get it right. At some point they promised to replace the new panel, but 2 weeks later they went back on the words and decided to do another poor paint job. The company work on deceptive scheme to just let you spend the money and not worry about delivering good products or the doing it RIGHT. Do not trust anything Tesla say. It will be a lie! Return the car before 7 days! Or it’d be too late! It’s not an honest company to work with.
I have wanted a Tesla since the release of the Roadster. I found the staff to be amazingly helpful and courteous.
Very helpful salesman. Drove the M3 AWD, great car. I really hope they don't shutdown all their stores.
Cool place. Untrained staff. Not your typical dealership so expect to deal with unanswered questions or to wait to get them answered by someone who knows. No service/parts counter. Just customer service front desk ppl who try to handle it all. They're far away from that point though. Needs to be monitored for future development.
Easy to get to. Staff was super friendly going through the cars and facilitating test drives. No pressure sales and very informative. The whole experience was an absolute riot!
Very nice cars, terrible salesman. It was like pulling teeth to get any information out of him. The minute you looked away he was back talking to the other sales people. When he showed us how some of the things worked he was so fast or covered it with his hand it was hard to tell how he did it. It really felt like we were a bother to him being there. There was never an offer or details on how to sign up for a test drive.
Spartan showroom, but the staff are friendly and helpful, and you get to check out the cars to your heart's content.
Very helpful and friendly staff, they also now have a red Model 3 on display as of mid June 2018.
First and foremost, Berry is awesome. Helpful, honest, thorough, and sincere. He deserves a 5 star for his service quality and professionalism. I will return if my car has any more issues or for future services. Service center like this keeps the good reputation for Tesla.
Very helpful, very knowledgeable. I asked so many questions and they did not even bat an eye, just answered all my questions and then showed me so I also had a visual.

Service from Mark in front was excellent today. A light came on en route to a meeting, I detoured to the service center, and Mark took the car and returned within 10 minutes with the problem solved.
I bring my car here everytime I have my service done or for any problems. So much easier to get to than San Francisco Tesla. The people here are great! Always had another Tesla as a loaner and they are better than what I currently have.
The service maintenance is fast and I haven't had to go back because they missed something.
Nice staff, relaxed experience, no pressure. I went to look not buy. It was not a problem for staff.
