I'm editing this review and giving a 1 star instead of originally 5. The service rep who was writing up my report was horrible. He did not pay proper attention to issues I was reporting and not very accommodating. I hope others are not this unlucky and end up with terrible experience I had.

Outgoing staff and service. Not only did they clean our car when we took it in, but while they were fixing it they lent us another Tesla! I love this company.
