The Glen Apartments, San Bernardino CA

Looking for a place to live in SB and The glen was everything I was looking for. I’m a first time renter and Karina from the office was so helpful

My sister and I are looking for housing and The Glens was the right fit for us. The double occupancy has a lot of space for us to share and Thanks to Karina for explaining how everything is set up

Omg! I loved everything about these apartments! The customer service was A1. I was helped by Semaj Davis who answered every question I had! I was able to connect with her on so many levels as she helped me find the perfect home! I plan to move here in May and Semaj made me feel very comfortable to move here. She was very informative with everything that was presented!

The Glen was one of the first apartments on my list when looking to move to San Bernardino. I instantly knew I liked the complex and with the help of Semaj’, I was sold with the hospitality I was shown. She answered all of my questions and made me feel welcomed! I look forward to signing here.

Moving down to SB for football and I had the pleasure of speaking to Karina. The Glen is more convenient then the dorms and I like that I have options of having my own room and bathroom. If you need help make sure to call and ask for Karina

I am very impressed with these apartments. I am looking to move into this area now becuase of Karina, when she gave me the tour the other day.

Super friendly office staff! Good prices, 24 hour gym, and a game room. Best place to live in San Bernardino.

Tanisha an office employee was a big help with finding the best room for me and even helped to get through the process as fast as she can I moved in within like a week! Super excited and love the service!

These two stars aren’t because I enjoy living here but because Tanisha is very nice & informative when myself or my roommates have questions. She is always very pleasant & smiling! She makes this experience just that much better!

I like living at the glen. It has been a pleasurable experience especially with the help of the leasing office!

I love the office clientele the managers for very helpful and the people around we're great my experience here has been wonderful and I'm going to stay a lot longer than I thought I was going to

I wish if I could give them less than one star, Don’t movie there, they’ll try to steal your money.
I’ve lived there for a year and wouldn’t be surprised if you see them as the most amazing people when your there for the first time. Once you in, they start charging you left and right for nothing. If you don’t pay them whatever they ask, they will send your bills to collections.

The place is fine but the management is the worst to the point where you don’t want to be there at any cost.

Don’t live there!

I love how all the responses are so nice. They keep telling everyone to contact them but every time you would call they would just keep telling you to email your complaints yet no one would answer it. I have recordings and pictures of how draining it is to leave here. They would just keep charging you and not help you at all. DON'T RECOMMEND. I wanted to get out of my lease because since i got here it was never good.

I toured the space and loved the property. The staff was really helpful and informed me that the gym was 24 hours, which is awesome! They even had gaming systems to use in the clubhouse!

The Glen has illegally assigned three people to my roommate’s two-bed room and refuses to help the situation. Two people are assigned to my roommate’s bed. The office has dragged their feet every step of the way FOR WEEKS while one man sleeps on the floor waiting for his unit to be ready. Shameful. I would never recommend someone live here. Complete incompetence.

Management is the WORST. Did not email me back for months. Was not willing to talk to me when I went in in person. Overall terrible experience at the glen. Would never recommend to anyone ever

GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN. Once you sign their lease there’s no way they will accommodate your needs. They are so promising at first but after you sign their lease they are done with you.

“DON’T LIVE AT GLEN”

I recently signed a lease here at glen about a month ago. I couldn’t find anything cheaper or decent in the area and thought this would be a good fit. Well. I have not been a tenant here for more than 24 hours & already I had no idea I had to pay more than what I signed for, they ‘made a mistake’ & gave me the WRONG room I signed for. I’m the survey I asked to be pair with (NON-SMOKERS, preferably clean roomies) I got the complete opposite. Now for parking.the lady in the office gave me a ‘temporary parking pass that should be good for 24 hours” unfortunately I wasn’t told nor did they emphasize on not parking in anyone’s “assigned parking” (which again I had NO idea about) come to find my car was towed for not having a permit & being in someone else’s parking, I am emotionally drained being here not even 24 hours, I am completely broke, can not afford to take my car out & I fear that I will not be able to really enjoy my time for always having to fear that my car will get towed.

If anyone is struggling for a place to live I advice you to just suck it up & stay where you are. This isn’t the place.
