23Do NOT rent at this place, we have been trying to get a refund for over a month and we just keep getting the run around, we are unable to reach management via phone or email. This is the worst place and the customer service is the worse, no one knows anything, If I could give a minus zero stars I would.
Maintenance is always on time, I've been living here since 2017. Yes any place has ups & downs but I really like living at the glen. Most importantly the new management KNOWS what she's doing, you go alexus
If i could rate no stars i would. This is the WORST place I have ever lived at. They have so many hidden fees, they charge you for every single thing and claim they are the cheapest place to live around the area.but they charge almost 900$ for the tiniest room and that’s the price they charge for 5 people living in one house EACH.their parking arrangements are terrible my roommate got towed out of her own parking spot that she pays for every single month for no reason and the office told her there was nothing they could do about it. The staff is rude except for a few of them. Maintenance are the only ones who are on top of their job. Living here is a scam. And the staff is rude and has no idea what is going on anytime i ever go in.
