If this is the moreno valley homedepot on pigeon pass they are terrible i recently had a case against them for violating my civil rights and i hired an attorney and just a week ago picked up my check settlement from my attorney against home depot for several thousand dollars yes

It takes so long to find someone to help you. But when I do find someone, they are very helpful.

Always but my planting needs here. Great selection of plant and was not busy at all when i went in today.

I shop here all the time. I never wait long in line and most of the time they have everything im looking for

The visit was the usual in and out—found what I needed and was out. If you haven’t done so, I would highly recommend using the Home Depot app. If you don’t know where your item is, you can do a quick item look-up, and you can get the aisle and shelf numbers to find it quick. Definitely beats wandering the aisles looking for someone to ask!

The joke is about Home Depot you like to complain but you can never find anybody to complain to. I've Been Told the corporation Home Depot is revising their practices do more with less you can never find anybody to help you there stocking or do anything but helping customers.

My brother Aaron and I just went to pick up a water heater and gave us a discount on it as well as we were very helpful

Loved it. I was in and out of there quickly. Plus i even got it on sale for $3.79. I even love the quick self check out which even made it even faster. The employees were very courteous to help and to even let me know that it was even on sale. 5 stars to you Home Depot.

Im a contractor and like to buy my stuff at home depot. But today there was cashier guy in garden area named "Gary" that didnt help at all. I asked match a price from Lowes, he decided not to do it, i show the web and the pics from the price tag, still he didnt want to, i asked the call the manager and he refused 3 times, and sent me somewhere else to get help.

Nice store. Love the garden center. If you have a green thumb, they have a great selection of plants and flowers.

Every time we go here there's only one register open along with the four self-checkouts that are always full. Also no employees available to help

Staff are always pleasant and willing to help. If they are not familar with something, they will find someone else that is. They have a wide selection of tools and materials for almost any home improvement job you might have, and if they do not have it in stock, they can order it. Only wish there gardening section had a wider selection of plants, namely in herbs, vegetables, and fruits.

It's good but some times the costumer service is poor waiting for more than 30 minutes to help

If you know specifically what you're after, online ordering is the hot tip here. Everything is picked for you gratis, lines at the pickup desk are short, in, out, bam. Browsing always good, too, but when you are in a hurry, give it a try.

This is a very clean Home Depot with helpful employees and a good layout that makes everything easy to find even if you are in a hurry. I also appreciate the option of self checkout to keep the lines in the store moving much more quickly than they otherwise would.

Service is a little lacking.but still a go to for me. I seem to find things i need for the house

I feel bad for the staff. Got something stolen from the parking lot and we were not helped at all. The staff tried to do what they could but the manager didn't give us the time of day. We called several times and we're on hold or were never called back. Their security is awful, despite being in a bad location, other people have had their cars broken into here as well. I would recommend driving out to different Home Depot.
