Cashier was distracted, non-attentive, hardly spoke, acted like she didn't acknowledge my request for a military discount (she did deduct it from the sale) and barely acknowledged my saying thanks!

Always avoid home depot when possible. 0 customer service. Seems to be the standard encouraged by administration down the chain to employees. Shamefull!

My fiancé and I were looking for a tote that was on sale so we asked one of the cashier girls if she can help us.because I had just cought her at the time she was going to be off she did something quick on her phone and said that it’s most likely that it’s out ok so she’s not sure.it’s a 50-50 chance she didn’t help at all so I took it in my own hands to look around for it and found it her name was Jennifer I believe.will never come back here again no one is helpful at all

Very bad customer service if any major retailer only has one check stand open something is very wrong

Store has a lot of clearance items on sale, a lot of garden items ready to plant, and grills on sale.

Home depot is heads and tails better than lowes. Better staff, better prices, and always has what you need.

I find everything i need at the home depot me and my family have always been going to the homedepot

I did not see one employee on the floor & I visited a lot of central store aisles. No employee presence at all.

Love that they have stuff for the kids every 1st Saturday. The workers were much more friendlier this time.

Hate it! But have to go here from time to time. Home Depot has pretty much put all the other hardware competition out of business. Lowe's is ok but HD has the best selection. The customer service sucks. Can't emphasize this enough. 80% of the employees there are unknowledgeable about trades and materials. Sucks.if you try to ask for help "not my department, I'll call someone for you" then they speed off.

Had to return some fluorescent lights had no receipt. They gave me a store credit. NO issues. Great service! Thank you!

I went looking for a charcoal BBQ today. Memorial Day weekend is the time when you're supposed to buy a barbecue there on sale and you should be able to get a good deal.
What I found at Home Depot with some good prices on stainless steel gas grills so really cheap charcoal grills nothing really high-end at a reasonable price that I was looking for.

I finally found what I was looking for at a different place.

Eric in Flooring has got to be the most caring and knowledgeable person I have ever encountered at a retail establishment. We need more people like that who actually care about assisting people.

I came to purchase a carpet shampooer and found it with the friendly assistance from female employee.

Walked over to get some shampoo and dish liquid and another friendly employee asked if I needed assistance.
I was pleasantly surprised!

Was in n out in 15 minutes.
Now that's good customer service!
