Bad customer service.no one on the aisle to help.when I try to look for a light fixture that I need for a job there was no sample on the wall. Should i buy it, test it and return if it not the kind I need? The customer service just stood there complaining I opened the box where he can't even help me to find the product I need. The cashier should be smiling and willing to help on checking out but not showing a sad and mad face because she had to work on weekend.

I love tools and this is where I buy my material.wood, tile, drywall, nails and screws, velcro, doorknobs, and sinks. I also buy my supplies here like TP, trash bags, lightbulbs, disinfectant, laundry, deodorizer, and paper towels. BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD TO SHOP AND DREAM.

It was a bit crowded and the line at the checkout was long but it moved rather quickly. The workers all wore their masks and we're very helpful. At the checkout the workers were their directing customers to the open checkout. The worker the directed me to the open checkout wiped down the machine for me without being asked.

Not too crowded. The sales people were extra helpful.
There was an Asian salesman (in the appliance department) who took the time to explain the benefits of the item I was intrested in. Put it down on paper - I know that is what is expected of a salesman, but he took the time to explain details not asked for.

I was standing in the nuts and bolts aisle forever I asked Kurt to help me 4 different times but I guess the 4th time was the charm

Much nicer than the home depot in Corona. Nice staff, clean aisles. Easy to find what you're looking for. Just make sure to check what you are buying if it comes out of a bulk bin.

Lady at the garden area was very helpful. She had some personnel remove a very heavy metal storage shed package off the shelf and load it on a cart for me. Personnel were very amiable. I was impressed! And very thankful.

I needed a small amount of shower pan liner so the rep cut it for me and let me have it free! He walked me out and everything. Small favors go a long way and as a loyal Home Depot Customer, it was much appreciated.

I bought Home Depot branded tools for their life time warranty and location. But to claim warranty you have to talk to their suppliers and not to Home Depot to claim warranty.

Horrible service from the employee named Mitchell or Richard? He happens to wear a black hat. At first, I asked for help from him he gave me attitude, and the second time (3) minutes later, he completely ignored me and walked straight down the aisle. Very dissapointing!

Everything you need for home repair and painting and much more. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They have self checkout. There is handicapped parking and access. Public restrooms, help desk and delivery service.
