They did not have what we needed for our trimmer however we bought another one man was very helpful and looking and said we could get the parts online but we thought they would be there so I was just couraging but otherwise very helpful people good with you

Get most of the stuffs I need for my work. Better check on line for inventory before going there, otherwise wasted time.

Just another big box store, good price but don't expect good service. Find what you need and do the self checkout.

All the workers are so friendly, especially Lilly, so very attentive and kind, I always go to her for help

Home Depot in El Monte has every thing you need.including Kam a very helpful and friendly employee.

The one in City of Industry has rude employees, especially one of the ladies in the garden dept.

Ok, not more or less of a big store warehouse store. Don't expect too much, and you won't be disappointed much.

Not very well commercial accounts are not worth very much here. They're all team system cannot detect from the same commercial account individual buyers.
You are supposed to carry muxtiple duplicate charge cards in order to have items returned otherwise you will only get a chance of the lowest price of that item for the return. I lose out every time.

Worst customer service at this location took me 30 minutes to find out they can’t re-key the lock I bought. Walter, the only key guy was avoiding me and doing everything else to help me. Apparently in the 3 locations I went to, Monterey Park, Alhambra, and Azusa. Have only 1-2 keys guys and they are never to be found and don’t work after 5. Keys are made by a freaking vending machine. Not difficult at all. Did I mention I bought all my Thomasville kitchen cabinets here. Unbelievable.

Lovely Home Depot with friendly staff who are very knowledgeable and can advise you on whatever home project you are taking on. I like visiting here to check out the cacti, trees and flowers.
