The Home Depot reviews
27 Let me start by saying that this was my experience, and for reference I am a very polite person but I also don't tolerate rude people.
This home depot has very rude and very bad customer service representatives (at least the ones that I talked to), I talked to multiple people and they all wanted to get me someone else to help me because they did not wanted to help me themselves (lazy) they all had R. B.faces just as bad as their personalty. HD has really good prices and products which is great, but it all goes downhill when they hire rude people like that.
They had a good selection of herbal and edible plants there right now for spring. It was a little hard to find people in certain departments but it seemed like there was a lot of employees there. It's just what were they doing? They weren't helping customers or working cash registers. That's why only 4 stars. Research what you want and where it's at online at the website if you're in a hurry.
I bought a washer dryer there, after few days something wasn't right anyway they won't let u return the appliance after 3 days. So I will no longer buy a major appliance at home depot!
I can't write what needs said, "rules against profanity " failed to deliver paid for items
What a sad, sad, sad
Disappointment suggest you shop best buy for appliances
Close to my house. Some of the worker are not knowledgeable on product and service. I say more than half the staff associates need training.
Has Wi-Fi. The best time to go is in the morning when they're more likely to help you because they aren't as busy
Good service that's something you get does not work they won't return it even if you lose the receipt please with this place
Horrible since they put all self checkout in, none but 2 open for cash with a line down the isle for them
I spend so much time in this store I have been trying to get the management to let me sleep there - - however for insurance reasons they have declined. Their return policy is better than Sears and that's amazing. AMAZING! I love this place.
Always has the items I’m looking for at better prices and Lowe’s. They have the best Halloween section other than Spirit Halloween and cheaper too.
Was nice! Missing one star because house plants were neglected.they were lacking proper watering. So sad too, because I love this particular store
This my favorite place to shop for materials for my home projects. There were some store improvements that made the store look better.
Always have everything I need and more. Always finding new things and helpful friendly staff makes sure I get the right items for the right price!
Always find good sales, checking out is pretty fast. I also rent carpet cleaners because they have best prices.
The guy I asked for help didn't have a clue where chickenwire was in the store. The woman from garden center walked me to the opposite end of the store to makes sure I found it. Said something to her about asking the guy and she knew exactly who I was talking about. 3 stars belong to her, he gets nothing
Always hard to find someone to help you. But i do like their new return/online pickup/customer service area now, greatly improved
I like Home Depot but don't understand why they allow so many customers to bring their dogs shopping that aren't obviously service dogs.
Went in knowing exactly what I wanted and an available staff member helped me out immediately, gave me my options and was out the door after buying several appliances, in less than 30 minutes... Loved the experience!
Terrible.my aunt and I purchased 40 cases of hardwood flooring and happened to have to remaining cases left over. Last night I went to the riverbank store and they were rudeand wouldn't take it because we just installed three floors of flooring. So I was treated like a crinimal. Not a acceptable. At this point, I think for now on I'll shop at either ACE HARDWARE or LOWES.
