Always find what I need. Today I was looking for shelves, nothing fancy just for the garage. Jack helped me with finding a good material the cutting, helping me to the cashier and then loaded my car for me. Thank you Jack, and you cutting was spot on. Love Home Depot.
Just a normal Home Depot. During the week it's real nice. On Saturday it gets really crowded. But there are a handful of employees that really know their stuff. Clean store and they are usually well stocked.
First of all I changed the store pickup site to riverbank but at checkout it indicated my order would be available for pickup in the Bay area. Got on the phone and after the CS rep deleted my original order and re-input the order it took another 15 minutes. Advertised as 2day delivery but it took 10 days for me to get my order delivered to the nearest Home Depot. Compare this to an order placed minutes after H. D.with another vendor: it arrived on my doorstep within 48 hours.
Just wanted to share my experience. I had ordered a dryer (special order because it was gas) for whatever reason it took unusually long to arrive at the store. The manager Gavin made it right by me. It's hard, I imagine, to be a well oiled machine when there's SO much going on - so it isn't always about being perfect but rather correcting any mistakes made to customers' satisfaction! Thanks.
You better know what you want and where it is in the store. Finding qualified help is problematic.
Employees are rude and have no knowledge in what their doing. Especially the one one girl with the colored purple hair. That said they couldnt help me register out cause they were closed at 755 on sunday when they close at 8pm and ido over 80k of business there annually. I iwn my own business so maybe might have to start goin to lowes. Their employees seem a lil bit more experienced
