The Home Depot reviews
39Not a single latch and hasp in stock. I'm not kidding. The most basic hardware. But no competition for miles. Hmmmm.
I was trying to save myself a trip to Home Depot by calling to ask about whether they had a product in stock. 45 minutes later, I was hung up on about 3 times by people who answered the phone then would drop it. I was transferred to the wrong department where that person did not know how to transfer to the correct department. Such a waste of time. I am would rather give my money somewhere else.
Always pleased with my online ordering and checkout experience from Home Depot. And the staff is helpful as well. Well run business. Thank you.
The parking lot is a mess but the store is well stocked and has what you'd need. Good location too, near freeway.
This place is well staffed and everyone who assisted me was helpful and friendly. However this location is extremely busy and the parking lot is very chaotic. Getting there also isn't so easy, as there seems to be heavy traffic in that area any time of the day.
Hey I got this two gentlemen help me in the Home Depot that's the perfect customer service and thanks for this help
Great selection. Workers are friendly and willing to help. Its a big place but fairly easy to access.
Actually one of the best home Depot I've been to.far far far better than the Emeryville one.the staff is kind and knowledgeable
Store needs to be better maintain. Friendly staff sad to see material all over the place. Material in overstock but never reachable
One Stop shopping you can buy all the tools and paint and lumber fix your house up or your apartment or your cottage or your mobile home or whatever they have everything in there
The bad store in all bay area never has nothing on stock long very long waiting time for pay or even worse if u need something its over stock u need forklift driver and never its available so u waiting time going to be the double and if u order something they call u its ready and nothing its ready and the parking u have to be very careful leaving u car something because u can get stolen u stuff. The customer service never has time for u always its busy.
Home Depot sucks in general, but this one is the worst. Drive further to the San Leandro location. This store is cancer.
Terrible. You had 1/2 drive impacts when buying get battery and charger free. Wouldn't honor. It.spoke to aisle person and service desk.said they were out saw them in battery section
Told them they acted like they didn't care.so I left small impact drill set. And about 4 hundred dollars worth of attachments. Grinding blades saw all blades.papertowel boxes water key, drill bits, rubber gloves in a cart and just left.
Most employees don't have a clue of where items are located. Some have no customer service skills. If you ask for help, the young employees are usually goofing around with other employees and act like they don't even want to bother with a customer to help and assist. The people who work in Returns are often slow, rude and clueless. And worst of all, it's not a safe place to shop, the parking lot is surrounded by thieves. Considering past reviews of this place, not much is being done about it.
Glad it was open late needed tools for project. Only one cashier for at least the last half HR I'm sure it was longer than that. Added more time to late night trip,
This home depot has turned into one of the worst places I've gone. I've been shopping there for 20 years and it is disgusting to go there. I would drive an extra 20 miles to go to and lows instead of having to go there
This Home Depot has the worst service I've ever seen in the department with pesticides I was there for 2 days in a row trying to get help and I couldn't find nobody they called somebody over on the phone nobody ever came one girl had the nerve to tell me you have to find it yourself I couldn't believe it it's terrible there I'm going to try it again and see what happens I'm definitely going to let everybody know again what happened today I still haven't got what I need
Very busy right now. Traffic and location make access trying. Had keys made for my office. Got back to the office.the keys did not work. This has happened before at this Home Depot. Nice people - terrible key makers. Get your keys made elsewhere.
Clean and safe. Not many staff around to ask questions, but I was there at 6: 30 AM to try and beat the Saturday DIY crowd.
