Been on hold for over 4 hours!? !? ! Can someone provide me with a number to call to reach someone?

This program is very good for certain people in need and seniors, but the people working in this department are bad. Not doing there work and gives hard time.
Must be all be replaced. Waste of tax dollars on these people.

None of the workers are there so can I have to drop everything into this box I attempted to drop the first packet that I had into his box and it was never received so this is what my second attempt today and so that's why you see the picture of the actual box cuz that's what you should do if you're going to submit any type of information to these workers

It was really a blessing to make it there on time I'm walking by faith and god has my back to help me get my HACLA cause I've waited a long time for this day in Jesus mighty name he knows my needs in saving money to pay my bills with this housing app it will be done thank you father my rent goes up every year i

Granted, I only come here when I have an appointment, but, considering how many are in need, I'm usually seen within 30 minutes of my appointment. And, my worker Roni J, has always been extremely helpful.

Sure meaning of the state is called the chase on Escobar and regret these to the order of the city of La City housing vouchers have been on standby until we get a meeting with the governor of the White House due to the push the show with the trunk watch asking for a whole pack of util. Worse for holding his case for 300 million dollars

Belive in me if you want to get section 8 you have to pay under the table or you have to waite 20 years in waiting list.most armenian people i talk to them they said we pay money to get section 8 and they waite only couple of monthes

I was put out of the Housing Authority Office by security because the Supervisor said "that I didn't look handicapped" because I was in the disabled line. I filed a case and it was denied because the Supervisor claims he doesn't recall the situation. Now, every time I go down there, I have to be escorted by a Case Worker and I am still getting harassed. I am 50 years old and this is so humiliating not to mention just embarrassing. I have been discriminated against and retaliated. This has to STOP!

Long waits. Be Specific with what you need or you will not get it. This is not a place that will offer you anything. Instead you ask and they will oblige if possible. In english im saying if you need help dont show up asking for help. You wont get it. You have to know wjat you want.

The workers are to into your personal life way to much. And it took me 5 hours just to see anyone who worked there cause they didn't let me know my worker wasn't available they just told me to come back in an hour

The workers are courteous and helpful, and the individual advisors are the best; very helpful and professional.

I couldn't ask for a better experience. Everyone was friendly and I was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you HACLA!

No body answers any phone line at Housing, been calling for years! Legal Aid referred me as legal aid don't so anything to help anyone either.

The Los Angeles Housing Authority is most fair and very helpful in assisting all Black, Hispanic, White, Asian and all other nationalitys and cultures

The inspector are not doing their job. The past anything. It is almost as if they are in bed with the lanlords it is a shame. If you complain they retaliate by holding up your voucher. You are at their mercy. They are not regulated enough. More checks and balances is what they need. Too many folks taking their jobs for granted. #Hud needs to go in and take surveys in the lobby.

It opens at 8am, but people starts wait and line up earlier than 7 in the morning. Securitys were more helpful, but Housing/desk Staffs can be a little rude when you ask them question you don't understand. Housing staffs have a way having a bit of an attitude when it comes comunicatinions.

I cannot say enough about the professional staff here.each visit was fast, painless, courteous, and this was during holidays.great work, thank you.

No one ever answers the phone and the department's are not listed during the selection menu such as public housing department.

It took 8 months for me to find a place for my invalid veteran father to live under section 8. From what I hear I am lucky to have found a place at all.

The supervisor (Angelina) of Ayde Serna is rude no compassion no understanding over talks you maybe she had a bad day or she has too many cases. But you can't take it out on people this your job this is what you were trained for no need to be unruly. I will talk to her manager myself to see if I can get some help I feel I can't talk to Angelina and she did not give me her last name.
