We became members last year and we could not be happier, all things considered. The gardens never cease to amaze, season to season and within seasons. Hats off to the brilliant design and landscaping teams. Thank you for providing an oasis within reach.

My visit to the gardens was lovely. I loved it here, hadn't been since the pandemic started. Many exhibits and the indoor libraries were closed off to the public due to Covid but there is still plenty to see. Spent about 2.5-3 hours here strolling around. Took a few breaks here and there to rest and take in the wonderful weather.

The cactus gardens are spectacular right now at the Huntington Library. The Palo Verde trees are in full bloom withe the bright yellow leaves. Many cactus are blooming right about now as well

A perfect Saturday. I will definitely be returning.

Be sure to reserve tickets online 1-2 weeks ahead of time!

The Huntington Garden is a gorgeous escape from the city. You could spend an entire day here, and still not see the entire grounds. The Rose Garden is stunning. The succulent section is truly spectacular. But my favorite are the Asian gardens. A perfect way to spend a day. A Los Angeles Treasure.

Came after it reopened. Masks required and precautions are taken within the library. Some galleries were opened and they limit the amount of people that can go in. The tea room is still closed but the cafe right near the entrance is opened.
The library is huge and may take a whole day if you want to walk through the whole garden. There are bag checks in the beginning.

Attended a catering service at the Huntington Ball 2018. The event ended earlier than it was supposed to, but the service turned out to be great with no problems in teamwork during the whole night. There was music playing, wide variety of food to try, and desserts that were topped with gold.

The many gardens are beautiful, the art galleries are world-class, and the library exhibits are well worth seeing. The price of admission for one adult is $25 ($29 on weekends). If you plan to visit frequently, you might consider purchasing an annual membership for $159 that will admit the member and a guest.

Great gardens to visit near LA. My family and I were there for the last 2 hours of the day, but we would of liked to stay all day since there was so much to visit. I particularly loved the Japanese and the Chinese gardens, but all the gardens were hidden treasures, I strongly recommend to visit for of full day and to have a little picnic.

I saw the corpse flower bloom here finally recently. Only place that will give you such rare opportunities and they keep expanding. The gardens are beautiful and I never get tired of this place. A membership is well worth it. You can't see all in just one visit.

Definitely one of my favourite botanical gardens in the world. Absolutely stunning no matter the season.

Overpriced and way too crowded. I found the gardens not to be all that intersting. You couldnt really enjoy anything due to the throngs of people, strollers and screaming kids. I sincerely want my $29 back. Deeply disappointing for this garden and art lover.

This place is huge! If you want to walk with your friends or family, breathing fresh air and walking "in the woods", this is the best choice for sure. This is my favorite place in Los Angeles.

This place is among the best gardens of the world. It ranks up with Longwood gardens DuPont and Bouchart Gardens in Victoria, BC.the best was the Chinese, Japanese and shakespearean English garden. Highly recommend enjoying lunch or a snack in the Chinese Garden.

Beautiful place, gorgeous gardens, the Japanese and Chinese gardens is a must see. Definitely coming back to finish seeing the rest. The restaurants have a good variety!

I love this place - I took a friend who just moved here today and she immediately bought a year's membership. The food in the cafateria is wonderful, the gift shop brilliant and then the breathtaking gardens.

I would recommend people joining the annual membership because each ticket to get in to the library is pretty expensive. I believe to be $25 but the membership for the year is only 135 and two of your family can each get a membership card. They also give you some free pass when you join.

2nd Thursday they have some sort of talk for the public. There is no admission charge on that day and the talks are usually very informative for those interested in plants, etc.
