The Modesto UPS Customer Center, Ceres CA

I ordered an expensive item 2nd day delivery to Modesto. Ups tracking said it was delivered to a porch. My porch camera showed NO package delivered. I submitted a claim so UPS could trace the lost item that was apperently left on someone elses porch with a different address, different street name. How can a delivery driver be so incompetent I ask doing something he or she does as a living every day.
I know UPS tracks using GPS to pinpoint deliveries.
Im sure whoever recieved the package by mistake will say they did not get package & either keep it or sell it on Craigs list etc.
UPS needs to make drivers pay out of pocket for packages lost due to negligence, laziness, incompetence. Then maybe they will do their jobs with more pride & professionalism.
Its Unbelievable how so my people in todays workforce have lost all sense of what it means to provide quality service.

One day they deliver, the next day my package is undeliverable? Incorrect address even though they have been here 50 times. LOOK AT ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS

My package has been out for delivery for 4 days already and still hasn’t been been delivered. Worst service I’ve ever experienced! FedEx or Amazon are my go to

UPS stated no one was home so now I have to pick up at a location. Everyone was home all day and we have CAMERAS set up around the house and did not see UPS driver at all. CAMERA IS PROOF THEY DID NOT ATTEMPT TO DELIVER.

And this is why I don't order anything that has ups as it carrier its 9: 36 my package was supposed to be delivered today after sitting in ceres for 2 days i live 10 min away and I still cant get it delivered wow next time let me know when it's there ill pick it up.

My package was supposed to be picked up last Thursday. I was told an adult need to be present. I waited at home all day but no one came. I called Friday and they assure me that it will be pick up later that day. Well, it's Tuesday. When I called they said the driver had already left and won't pick it up until Wednesday. Why wasn't it noted for the driver to pick it up on Monday or Tuesday? How do I know for sure they'll pick it up on Wednesday? Is there anything I can do? This is so frustrating.

4th time I've been home to accept a parcel only to open my door to see a notice that I wasn't home. Either the driver is lazy or isn't knocking or ringing bell. I'm sick of dealing with ups.

The employees wete helpful and informative. They weren't able to help us directly, but gave us good instructions as to solutions that we might try to resolve the problem at hand.

Couldn't do my return that I've driven all over town trying to find a place to print& return my Amazon shoes! Super Disappointing!

Package never delivered, paid for 3 day shipping.still hasn't arrived in 6 days. I Called customer service. I was told me to wait for another scan to get an update on package location and delivery time. Package is still sitting in limbo shows an error on their tracking site. Zero help. Their customer service numbers transfer you to people in the Philippines who don't speak English fluently enough to understand them.

I'm Soo thankful that the UPC hub is in our hometown. Ceres better bend over backwards to keep them here. Great staff and driver's.

By reading the reviews seems this place is known to say they tried delivering and no one home. In my case I waited all day for package and turns out they couldn't find my address Really? At least could have called me to ask me how to get here. And I called customer service they told me will bring it to me next day.turns out driver is sending back my package.when they haven't evenmade a second attempt delivery. ‍️‍️‍️‍️‍️‍️

The local UPS driver deliberately killed our dog, Witness were present, he kept driving with no regards. Joey was a loving dog, we are all feeling his lost, especially my children. To learn the UPS driver did not give a damn is even more hurtful.

Had the same ups driver for years. I had a kissing package filed a claim the driver almost knocked down my down and harassed me for one hour about him leaving it there. Verbally assaulted me I called to complain they hung up on me. I hate ups. Thank gosh I’ve moved since then my ups driver now is amazing.

We were expecting a next day service package it never came we called and they said they delivered package but we never got it. They said they didnt even knock on door to let us know we had package. This is the second time. They sorry as hell.

Waiting all day.when it says I should recieve it by 3pm. Didn't recieve it till 6pm. Cant even get it delivered on time

Really hard to find. There are three signs to help point you in the right direction but even with that direction things are a tad bit confusing. Building is somewhat ran down and not very inviting. Location is in a rough neighborhood too. If you can pick up from anywhere else I would highly recommend it.

The drivers say that they tried to deliver the packages but they never come to your home. Ups headquarters should look into this facility. Cause it’s just not fair to pay extra to be deliver next day and just waste of money.

This store is horrible. They do whatever they can to charge you for EVERYTHING. One of the girls laughed at me when I realized I had a box I could use and she said "oh sorry, I have to charge you for this one now because you had me put it together" She literally taped the bottom of the box.which could have been used by another customer, but she just giggled and said I had to pay for it. I didn't even want to give the store one star.but unfortunately you have to select at least one.

UPS driver delivered to the wrong address. Called it in when the tracking number said it delivered but wasn't. They contacted the driver and he stuck to it that he did delivered it when he didn't. My neighbor ended up bringing me the package three hours later.
