I missed my deliver but I called them and they called me back within 5 minutes to setup an appointment to pick it up. Went in and got my box:), the lady dealt with me very nicely.

Called to see if I can pick up my package since it wasn't delivered when it was suppose to be. Rep said they will give me a call back within an hr with a time to for pick up. That was 4hrs ago. I paid for shipping and this is what it comes down to. Now my package will be delayed until the next business day. Thanks UPS!

I've had bad experiences with ups they always leave that damn sticky on the door saying that they missed you and that they will attempt to come back another day which is funny cause i never hear them knocking at all
