The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara reviews
31Great spa services but the overall customer service was poor. One key manager is trying to address my concerns now, that's positive.
Wonderful! Child & dog friendly. Great views, landscaping, service. Loads of interesting activities.
The view from this place is mesmerizing. The place is very calm and filled in greenery. The design of buildings are authentic, food is great.
Expensive for a Ritz. Lame pool with screaming kids everywhere. Tar all over beach (yes I know it is natural). Beach is tiny and rocky. $30 Uber to Santa Barbara.
I had a very positive experience, from the valet to the concierge to the people that helped with my luggage, they were all courteous and helpful. The room was clean and pleasing to the eyes, as were the grounds. While a Ritz Carlton is unlikely to be cheap I was surprised by the $36 per night parking which was my only negative. I can't wait to stay there again when I'm in the area.
Amazing for a work retreat. The beach was pretty beat because if all the tar, but the restaurant/bar/pool/ grounds make it a perfect place to have a bunch of partiers from the same company hold a work event. 10/10 would come back
Easily accessible and very friendly staff, the beach (Haskell's) nearby is also just a short walk away and secluded which is very nice. The hotel/resort itself is very beautiful and has nearly all the facilities one could ask for. Only downside is if you wanted to explore the city, it's a 20 min drive from downtown Santa Barbara
Stunning rooms! There's no bad room at this resort. Great drinks, easy beach access, beautiful views everywhere, and multiple popular pools. Remember: you get what you pay for, so be ready to drop some dinero if you come here.
I taught a class in the screening room. Lunch was amazing and the overall atmosphere is excellent. If you can afford, you won't regret staying here!
The rooms are really beautiful and the activities are for almost everyone. They have Kids Club and a very big Pool.
