The only UPS Store I like going to. Every time I've gone, everyone has been so helpful and nice. And the service is always fast, in and out.

Last time I made a mistake and left a bad review. There was a misunderstanding. It was shipped with US postal services but because I shipped it from this facility I thought my tracking number would be on the UPS web but it was on US Postal service.

I must say this UPS store provides fastest service. Every time I walk in I get my things done within less than 4 minutes. The girls are very friendly and fast at what they do. I went back in today and shipped off some paper works. Always fast and satisfying service!

The staff (Frances, I believe) made my last visit to the store as quick and painless as possible. They print labels here, offer mailing envelopes, shipping, shipping supplies, mail boxes, notary and more. Their prices are fair and pretty inexpensive. Service from all the staff I've seen has been excellent and friendly.

I drop stuff off here all the time. The people that work there are fantastic. They even come out and hold the door open if you got big stuff. Anyway, I’ll keep coming back.

Been going to this store for years. They are my mailing place! But the rude lady this morning will have me looking elsewhere! When I'm told the Notary will be in from 10 - 3 and at 10: 12 she is on a smoke break, that's a problem. The lady whith the white hair was extremely rude and I just left. Sad, as I went to this store at least 1x a month for over 20 years.

This place used to have great service, now I couldn't get them to take my money to ship my packages. They sent me to USPS even after I repeatedly told her I would rather pay to avoid the hassle. What are they in business for not to take my money. Never going back.

I’ve had a box with them for maybe 2 years now. And I’ve always loved their service. The people here are nice and always help me out. Only bump I had was when we needed to get a new key pad for the front door and it took them a long time to get a new system going and pass out keys. But that’s all taken care of now so I’m please.

FRANCES is RUDE, CONDESCENDING, BELITTLING, IMPATIENT, IMMATURE. If you want this store to get awesome ratings get rid of her and her negative angry energy she doesn’t belong in customer service at all! Compleatly unecceptable her behavior needs to stay out of public relations! I will NEVER go in that place again!

I wouldn't even give this place not even one star what kind of service is this. They treat you like you're not even welcome. I came in here at 2: 30 to get a notary sign and the girl saw me went to the back and said she was going on 30 min break so I came back and the other lady told me that she had left because they stop at 3 but, why did she not just tell me that since the begining when I asked? HORRIBLE NEVER GOING BACK THERE EVER!

Where do I start? I have a box with them that I receive my mail. Now I had my mail going to them for a long time. Just recently they hired this rude arrogant woman who instead of trying to correct the situation just wants to sit and argue. She gave my package away when the package I had been waiting for was clearly marked with my current box number and NAME (my box is the one I paid for). She tells me it's cause of the last name, however my response is I'm sure you guys have a lot of the same last name why wouldn't you check it. She proceeds to get smug with me and snarls at me with her bright stringent eyes. This indeed rubbed me the wrong way because I never had an issue with this store until now. Now I am screwed out of my items because of a careless employee who appears that her extracurricular night time activities are effecting her work.

Not sure what bad experiences other people may have had here that seems to have been a former employee who thank God is no longer there however as far as for the current employees Freddy and Francis are impeccable by their character and offer Superior customer service service with a smile and they really care as well they're not just doing it for show genuine and hard working!

I used their services twice in the past and on both times, the staff were helpful and accommodating. The main guy who does the packing and shipping was nice and respectful. It's a shame that I forgot to get his name. I hope he's still there the next time I ship my daughter's care package next month.

How do I start by saying this is the WORST store/Franchise/& Company ever! It takes a lot of effort for me to go out of my way to write a review on any establishment, but this needed to be done. Store 3109 professionally packaged and sent my items to a receiver in New York. By the time it reached to the receiver, the box had been damaged causing parts to fall out during transit. I received a phone call from the receiver stating which parts were missing. I called store 3109, sent them receipts of the items bag were missing, and 4 weeks later I received a check that doesn’t cover a fraction of the items lost. I was NEVER offered insurance from the store and when I confronted them about it, they said they did. So now I’m here stuck without parts and the rest of the money I need to be reimbursed. Thier only words are “I’m sorry, we aren’t responsible”!

I will never use UPS, Store 3109 or any franchise shipping company again!

The service it’s really bad they over charge me for their service just to open the document in my usb drive to print it, it was ridiculous because I was in a hurry I didn’t see the extra fee until I got home and call to the store and as incredible as it is the employee yell at me that I have to pay for her service and her time but how the heck you are going to print my documents if you don’t have the stupid usb drive it’s like I will used telepathy to send it to the printer or what really poor service a lot of miscommunication if I could give this store 0 or 1/2 I would do it.

Horrible service! After waiting in line for 10 minutes while employee seemed to be on personal phone call, I was told at 3: 04pm that Notary Services end at 3: 00pm. WOW!

Just went in to ask about shipping. Couldn't tell me about the insurance, talk about packing, what options there are. It was like pulling teeth. And she keep yawning. Did not seem interested in helping. When I asked if I can have some boxes and bags for my business said unless I had the item there I get nothing. The other UPS store is way nicer. Bad service and no motivation.

Easy in, easy out; friendly employees getting down to business and clearing the line fast enough; validate you walking in with a friendly greeting, never been ignored at this store!
