This is the worst UPS Store I've been so far. Costumer services is ZERO. They do not know how to talk to people its like they work by force. Also Lost 3 of my packages with in 2 weeks. Sending me the others packages 2 times with in 2 weeks.
Terrible customer service. The lady working here always had a rude attitude and feels the need to rush her customers out. Also, I went to pick up a package and she said she can't find it so I should come tomorrow. Why would I come back for the package if she's being too lazy to find it?
Thieves! This store charged me $1.66 for a black and white copy. They said it was because my file was on a USB flash drive, I don't blame the lady whom attended me because it is not her fault but seriously UPS I felt cheated! $1.66 for a black and white letter sheet copy,
I got to this UPS all the time. They are pretty awesome and my stuff has gotten to it's destinations on time. Love using them for close/medium range packages that are worth a bit more:)
She needs some customer service classes. Rude, how can ups hired this girl? She's mean. 2/7/17.830am. Plus when I tried to open the door, she still had the door locked,
