The Verdant Apartments reviews
22 I like this apartment, but I’m disappointed for some reasons. First, if you dislike cockroach, you should not live here. They appear every day. I killed four cockroaches a day. Second, the apartment’s back door are not clean, there are bird droppings or leafs. Third, a business room has a not working wifi.
If the issues solve, I change the star because I’m almost satisfied living the apartment that is cute design and comfortable.
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Be warned stay away! On several occasions we had $1000 added to our monthly rent bill right before it was due. Only after several trips to the leasing office were we able to ge the charges removed. DO NOT BELEIVE ANYTHING THE LEASING OFFICE SAYS! They will lie directly to your face. People's bikes and cars get stolen on a daily basis. THERE WERE BED BUGS IN THE BUILDING! I am surprised there hasn't been a massive lawsuit against Verdant. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO HERE!
