We rented from this Thrifty store in the morning for just a one day rental. When we went to return the car it took us 1.25 hours to get from fishermans warf to the downtown rental location. The crowds were crazy with it being fleet weekend. It was quite the ordeal. The gentleman who check in our car and the desk clerk, Daysia, were so very helpful. I will only use this Thrifty location the next time I come to the Bay Area. Great job you two and thank you so much.
Crowded due to lots of tourists in the area, but helpful and prompt with the car. And very helpful when I left my wallet after returning the rental!
The staff is very professional, but note.they open at 7: 00 am, NOT 6 am. Thrifty needs to update their website.
Had a great experience with Thrifty in San Francisco. The lady who helped us couldn't have been more patient and she helped us down size our car right at the last minute with the original cost adjusted downwards t reflect the cheaper car. Great service. Also, returning the car to LAX was a breeze and done with in minutes. 5 stars for Thrify.

If you lose something, you'll never get it back. Lost & Found is worthless. Cannot get human, get routed to Roadside, customer service BEYOND ATROCIOUS.
I rented from many a Thrify. The staff here are extremely helpful and make renting from here significantly better than any other Thrifty. Easy access to the return centre from 7am. I managed to get an awesome upgrade from here. I'll be back!
