Toyota of Carlsbad is such a great hassle free place to get a Toyota. Emily Harvey was fantastic. She accepted True Car pricing and there was no haggling! Emily made getting a vehicle fast, fluid and easy. She promptly got back to all emails and calls. This was one of the smoothest pain free large transactions I've ever made, cant recommend Emily and her team at Toyota Carlsbad enough, theyr'e great folks!

Lou Maldonado, the Fleet & Internet Manager was very helpful! He had a great personality and made sure I loved the vehicle I was purchasing. I never felt pressured at all to make the deal. I would recommend others to go and ask for Lou because he will make you sure you are taken care of and is very knowledgeable on all the legalities of purchasing a vehicle.

Sold me a lemon and it nearly killed me. Bought a used toyota yaris. Had brake issues about a week in. Reviewing the carfax they gave me they said ‘brakes were making noise, they have been filed down, noise has stopped’. I read that when i bought it and asked if the brakes were okay. They said ‘yes it has passed all out blah blah blah inspections’. My car couldn’t brake when it needed to, and when it was totaled the air bags didn’t inflate. I should have pursued legal action, but didn’t. The only reason i’m writing this now is because they keep sending me ‘schedule your next appointment’ reminders through the mail for the car that nearly killed me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Read what they write carefully if you do.

This had to be the best experience I have had looking at cars a dealer and Mike made it so simple to get my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. Mike was there telling me about the truck 20 minutes before the shop was open. My husband and I went in unsure of what we were really looking for, we weren’t expecting to be driving off with anything the day of, but after working with Martin and going through our options, we ended up with a beautiful new Camry! Went to look at the Prius Prime on a weeknight. The gentleman who helped us was well informed but friendly and not too pushy. Our expectations for the experience we're low of course, but we were pleasantly surprised. We'd be happy to do business with them in the future.
