Franklin helped us purchase a 2012 Toyota Prius. He was personable and patient and educated us about the car. I even had to call him 2
extra times once the car was purchased to ask him additional questions
about the car and he was quite knowledgeable and helpful. I would certainly
return to Toyota Carlsbad in the future. Ask for Franklin. He did a stellar job.

Mike Williams was so professional from start to finish. Got me what i asked for when i asked for it and had me in and out in uner an hour to buy a car!

Salesman needed some training. Didn't know how to sale it keep me engage. They must have lots of sales at this location because he didn't care when I walked out. Didn't get his name because he failed to asked for mine.

This review is for MARTIN and it’s overdue but I just remembered I never wrote one. I have purchased 3 cars from Martin over the past 6 years and every single experience has been so pleasant. He has taken really well care of me without playing games and I’ve gone home very happy with a vehicle on the same day as I’ve gone into the dealer. I’d recommend Carlsbad Toyota and do recommend them to everybody I know.

First time I ever bought a new car that I wasn't aggravated by all the baloney. The salesman was great and didn't try to push anything I didn't want. They didn't have exactly what I wanted, but he simply showed me something that had I everything I was looking for. Even though it was much larger than what I wanted originally, after I test drove it, I decided it was the vehicle for me. I have always loved Toyotas.

I went to the dealership looking a used car in good condition. Frank Aftahi helped me find a Corolla in great condition, and it wasn't even listed on the website yet. Short rant. Went to buy a car. I put down money to what I thought was for
My GAP and my car alarm. They ended up using it towards my down payment. Very very shady. Next time be honest to your buyers on what you’ll be using their money on. I would
Never ever do business with them again.
