Elijah went above and beyond to help me! He was very kind and very helpful! I can’t thank him enough. With all that we’ve been through this last year it’s nice to know that there still some kindness out there!

This was my first visit to Toyota of El Cajon Service Dept. Dylan Welty was the Service Advisor who assisted me with my vehicle. He was honest, polite, and made me feel like I was getting the best service in town at a fair price. He followed up with me in a timely manner during the service and promptly when it was finished. Unlike other dealership service departments that I have been to in the past Dylan actually made me feel good about getting the work done that I needed. Thanks again Dylan, you have truly earned a customer for life!

I purchased my first car this Thursday. My sales person was Robert Trent and my finance guy was Jose. They were both super helpful and helped me get the best deal. I’ve never experienced such an amazing customer service and Robert was so attentive since I arrived until the minute I left.

Great clean, staff professional courteous and friendly! Service writer was very helpful and detail oriented!

It's always a pleasure to work with Simo and his team. Simo explains things clearly and in a straightforward way and his team does reliably good work.

This past service, I spent four hours in the waiting area - a recall on my fuel pump was being taken care of along with my regular service. I've had services performed here for about a year and a half and have never had any reason to complain. The restroom is well maintained and the waiting areas are clean and comfortable enough with an area for children as well.

Because of COVID restrictions, there is less seating but the same cleanliness is apparent. Complimentary coffee is also still available, if you've forgotten to pick one up on the way. Holey Donuts, about a block east of the property is a great place for a snack if you're going to be there for a bit. If you're looking for a little more diversity in your coffee and want a donut while restrictions persist, I highly recommend the short walk.

Overall, a great experience. There's complimentary WiFi for meme surfing or streaming video and an assortment of seating areas suitable for getting work done on a laptop or just reading a book. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Larry is the best! I love coming here for my car, they make it easy and help as much as they can! I love that they show you everything they worked on and what to expect for the future with my car! Reasonably priced for everything I have had done! Thanks Toyota of El Cajon!

Not always super happy with service but then again the Corolla never gives a problem so it's probably a great idea to keep up on it

I have been going here for many years but be careful. I gave a 5 star because I truly love this place but my most recent visit was on to be very cautious of.watch what you sign for service.as many times as I have come I tell the advisor what I'm there for present a coupon and come and pick up. Unfortuny on pick up my 50 oil change was 80 because there was an add on for tire rotation. I purchase my tires at Costco and get it free I didn't request this at all!

Great customer service and very professional staff. My sales rep was Victor. Very knowledgeable and friendly person. I truly gely like he was looking out for my best interest and did not pressure me what so ever during the whole process. This is the second vehicle my family and I have purchased with Toyota of El Cajon. If you want a great deal and a professional staff I highly recommend this dealer. Very satisfied with my purchase!

Amazing service, Great facility and the service technicians are first class!

I have a 2017 Camry SE (Beautiful Car in Blue) I came in with a transmission quirk at 44,000 Miles. I had gone to another local Toyota dealer and was ignored so I came to Toyota El Cajon. Ray helped me in service, made sure my questions were answered and helped me get my rental car taken care of (warranty). Told me to give him the day and sure enough they found my transmission had a internal issue. They ordered my transmission and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Even though I was frustrated that my new car was having problems and I definitely voiced my frustration, Ray and Jeff (service director) made sure I was taken care of. And Also I want to thank the sales department for being so kind and understanding when I was inquiring about the new 2018 Camry. I had a lot of questions and drove pretty much every model to make up my mind. They addressed my concerns and made sure I had all the information I needed. Once again a very happy customer after a bad experience. Definitely would recommend and will definitely be coming back! Thanks Again!

Lance is my AssistantService Manager at TEC and is always pleasant, knowledgeable and on top of what's what with my car. There was a time when I hated going to a dealer for anything. These guys have changed my mind for sure. Highly recommended.
