27The facility is great, nice lounges for customers with TVs, coffee and donuts, winfi and shuttle services like all other automakers. In terms of service however they lag behind NISSAN, Ford or GMC where you can save money in oil change, tire rotations, free car wash through monthly vouchers sent to your house. Which actually what matter most to consumers.
I had a wonderful experience at the El Cajon Toyota dealership. Everything was taken care of even faster than originally estimated and I did not schedule an appointment in advance. Everyone was very friendly and answered all my questions.
Good customer service but even with appointment at 7 AM for an oirl change, I got my car back at 9: 30 AM 2 1/2 hours later.
The service I received was very professional and efficient. I would return to Toyota El Cajon when I am looking to upgrade.)
James was awesome and kept me updated with the progress. He also took care of my rental because we were waiting on parts to come in. James answered all my questions and helped make my experience with Enterprise seamless so I could get to work on time. I will be sure to ask for James next time I need to take my car in for service!

I really had a bad business with this guy (Paul Correia) I saw my car ready parked outside and waiting for this guy to call me. Finally I had to go to him ask for my car but this guy told me my car not ready. And I was wondering why this guy trying to wast my time in this hot weather. And he didn't offer me to sit in waiting area so I had to go outside and walking under sun light again then he called me that my car is ready.i really didn't want to argue with this guy about wasting my more than 30 minutes time. But I hope you guys take care of this otherwise you will lose alot of customers with this kind of employees. So yeah definitely I will never ever come to Toyota of El Cajon again

Andre in finance is one cool dude on top of being very professional and straight forward.
The entire staff appeared very friendly with a willingness to access with any questions.
