I purchased a vehicle scheduled an appointment within my 30-day warranty or thousand mile warranty explained that I believe the brakes needed to be checked all they did was resurfaced the rotors and I asked for them to check the front and rear suspension which they avoided and did not do and I said they did a visual inspection on the brakes now I have a scheduled appointment to get a complete break job done and possibly have to replace struts and shocks! I wouldn't recommend purchasing the car here people are unprofessional they try to avoid by not doing repairs and not spending the money on vehicles they are selling if used. Highly not recommend.

They were very friendly. Serviced my car promptly. Showed me the problems with photos inside of the engine/parts. Checked for recalls and last service at different location. Will definitely return.

Toyotas are great vehicles. The sales team here though, are not really knowledgeable or passionate about Toyota at all. Nor are they capable of calling someone by their name. Told them my name is Christopher, and they called me Chris, as well as writing Chris down as the contact info. When I corrected the salesperson, they called me Buddy.

Just buy a Toyota from a website. It'll at least respect your name. And the text about Toyotas will be a whole lot more fulfilling than the absolutely lackluster attitude of the staff.

Also asked to see a Toyota Corolla Hatchback, and they more or less ignored it. Pointed out a similar hatchback, but wasn't a Corolla. Then they moved me onto cars way out of my price range.

Just because Toyotas are awesome, doesn't excuse the unprofessional and snidely ways going on at this place. Avoid here unless you click to buy and have it picked up here.

Salesperson was great, test drive was great, but the sales manager was pushy, shady, manipulative, and generally difficult to deal with. It's 2021, buying a car shouldn't be this difficult. Sales manager put random numbers on a piece of paper and I struggled to understand what any of them actually meant. I don't want to deal with the back and forth games. I want a straight forward buying process. I drove 40 miles away to Toyota Sunnyvale where the down payment, interest, and total cost is clear and easy to understand. No games. I don't care if I paid more or less, it was a much better experience.

This dealership is the one of the best dealership for me in the bay area. My dealer Chuck is just awesome. He is not pushy and helps me to get all the information and details I want to know. Most importantly, he gives me a good deal. Really appreciate it.

I came here a few times, first time was to check out cars and the second time was to test drive and purchase. The salesman william was great, and we had good help all the way through. So far I have minimal experience with this dealership but since I just bought a brand new car, I will be there more often now.

Everyone at Toyota is SO AMAZING! Every time I come here the staff is super nice and makes me feel at home. Isidro helped me as soon as I arrived, Alex Silverman (the man who sold me my car 2 years ago) came and said hello and talked to me for a bit and Bryon (the man who helped me at my FIRST car service 2 years ago remembered me by name and came and talked to me as well! Love this place and the staff members! <3

Everything was great until they washed the Rav4. The machine severely bent the license plate. They offered to repair it, I took care of it.

Drove 3 hours to check out a vehicle I was interested in. Sales staff was aware I was coming for a test drive; it was parked in the back, filthy, and out of gas. Unwilling to negotiate after I arrived, wouldn't even throw in floor mats as part of the deal. Left unhappy, unsatisfied, and without a new car.

Had to wait quite a while until someone came for my car which was scheduled for maintenance. Then they forgot to reset the maintenance warning inside the car and I had to go back.

I was able to get an appt on the day that I requested. The service manager was quite personable and did what he could to make sure that my car was finished during the estimated time for the service.

$595.39 to change 12V battery on Toyota Prius and this is just a beginning of the story.
I towed my car here, explain what was going on and the next day im getting towed again with exactly the same problem. At the very least $150 diagnostic charge was refunded.

Worst service Ive ever had. Took my tuck in for a oil change and a few light buld replacements. They broke my front left indecator light housing and tried gluing it back together. They never told me about this untill I found out later that day when the housing flew out while I was on the freeway.
