Trader Joe's, San Carlos CA

Friendly and helpful staff with a personal touch. They don't point you to an aisle number when you need help finding an item. They stop their stocking and take you to the product's location.

The anti-Safeway experience. Nice people, good prices, good selection of fruits and vegetables, some with organic option.

Okay for some things. Not recommended for fish, poultry or meat.

Most store empolyees are helpful. Unfortunately, I have witnessed some of them stand on the lower shelves to reach top shelf with their shoes.

The parking is the only drag here, but if you go on off hours it's never let me down. Staff are so sweet, too!

I wish I could give TJs a six star review, Today I took the bus to TJs and as I was leaving, a TJs employee named Adriena saw me pushing my cart and asked where I was going. I said across the street. Adriena walked me across El Camino Real and made sure I got on my return bus. Is that incredibly good customer service or what!?

I love the groceries here. It's usually a quick stop at the staff are on top of checking items out for you.

The parking lot is awful, but the actual store is great. Friendly employees, great produce, and the usual Trader Joe's frozen fare.

Great products, store is always overly crowded though, and doesn't have everything a normal grocery store would.

I have loved this place for more than 20 years. The best way to describe is that it is a store for a a gourmet on a budget. The quality is great and the prices are low.
