I rented from them for a little over a year. At the end of the lease they decided to keep ALL of my deposit and not send me anything thru email or otherwise why they kept my whole deposit. I have sent SEVERAL emails and have never heard from them. I think it’s time to get lawyers involved. Places like this is why people are terrified to rent these days. I personally would avoid this company. Their homes are not even handicap available for a disabled veteran such as myself and I got several promises to fix the issues but they never did. Nothing got solved and eventually I had at move as I could no longer access my home due to my injuries from Iraq and their inability to give me proper access to the home for a wheelchair bound individual.

I’ve been in my Tricon home for 18 months and just signed another lease! My home is beautiful and I haven’t had any issues since I’ve moved in. I would like to give a shout out to Dana Keyes with Tricon! She is always so professional, quick responses and has definitely made me feel comfortable and has answered every question I’ve ever had. I HIGHLY recommend Tricon Residential if you decide to rent a home.

Belincia was extremely helpful, and she did her job with kindness and professionalism, and it felt as though I was working with a friend. She made my transition as pleasant as moving after 20 years could be. Thank you for doing such a great job. Lisa

Lennett was WONDERFUL to work with! I had problems with the website and paying. I had to call Lennett several times and she was a joy to work with. It is very hard to find polite people and good customer service anymore. I'm happy to say that she delivered both. I did not have to dread calling her to work out the problem.

Terrence was life saver or should I say light saver. Had an issue with not outside lights. He critical thinking skills and electrical expertise resulted the issue. 5 stars are not enough.

We have been here for 2 weeks so this review is only for Ray Hopkins! He has been very helpful with our needs! We had several things that needed attention and he worked with me to get these fixed! Kayla has also been very nice.

The Maintenance companies (Jason and Dexter) are great. Jason and Dexter are thorough, fast, professional and get the job done. I've been a tenant for three years and haven't had any issues with customer service and the maintenance team: Jason and Dexter. Thank you for making my residency comfortable for me and my family.

James Crawford of Charlotte NC is a very professional tech. He has been to my resident a few times in the past and whenever I put in a maintenance request. He was on time, he knows his job well and I am very satisfied with the results. I thank you James for your hard work.

I moved out from house, leaving in condition which was better than it was received, cleaned and evacuated.
When I left the house at completion of lease, i received an email that I owe $650 for reconciliation. Seriously? Does this company has a little ethics?

We recently moved from out of state into our home only seeing small pictures online. The house was as pictured! No enhancements were made to the photos so we we very pleasantly surprised. Yolanda and Candace were super helpful both on the phone and through email to make this a smooth transition for us. Thank you!

I've lived here 3 years and today had a tech Pedro Rodriguez visit for a bathroom issue. He was in and out. He knew what he was doing. Tricon has a great employee in this young man

James Crawford in Charlotte NC came out our home to repair our dishwasher. He was very polite, professional, and courteous. He explained the measures he took and the reasons behind them. This was our first maintenance call and James has definitely improved our impression of the organization.

I have been a Tricon resident for going on two years now. This is the first time I have ever had to rent a home. I can not say enough good things about them. They are always so quick to follow through with any maintenance requests. Dana Keys is always a pleasure to work with. She has always answered any of my questions and my calls very promptly. Highly recommend.

Self tour was so simple and satisfying. When I ran into a small issue with the lock box code I called the service line. They were prompt in answering and sent me a new code right away. Chris stayed on the phone until I entered the home. The home was in excellent condition. I was very pleased with the whole process.

I was a resident of Tricon American. I recently moved out and received an invoice that included a $250 fee for cleaning carpet. That would be fine if the home was wall to wall carpet. However the home ONLY HAS 3 ROOMS WITH CARPET and that's the same price for a whole house cost $250 not 3 rooms. Outrageous! They wouldn't even work with me. I was a good resident and this is how I'm treated. They took the entire $1600 deposit + asking for more. Really?
