Tricon sent a gentleman named James Crawford to repair the minor issues we had at the property, he was courteous and very efficient. Mr. Crawford repaired the issues in a timely manner and ensured that I was satisfied with the work done before he left. I would recommend him for any future repairs.

Employees are great.untill you move out. Then theyre impossible to get in touch with. They make incorrect claims in order to keep your security deposit. Be prepared to go to court if you want your money back!

We’ve been very happy with Tricon. The one time we had an issue, they had a maintenance technician out within a couple of days and resolved the issue that day. The people are great and respond very quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend renting from them!
