The hours of operation should be listed as such and not 6 p.m, when the doors get locked a half an hour early at 5: 30 p.m. Or, maybe that's just what was told to me today so they didn't have to work any later than they would with the customers inside. Either way, false hours posted if that is truly the case, make it known somehow online and at the store. Like a sign stating YOU CAN'T ENTER OUR STORE 30 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME and real big like that online and at the store so people know and don't waste their time going when they can't even get in and it's before 6.

They are very Knowlegeable, Fair, Non-Judgemental and they have a great shopping Atmosphere for A Gun Owner, Or outdoorsman. They do provide the 30 question Firearm Safety Tests and 10 day background check before purchasing. Great guys. I Love My PX4 thanks for the recommendation.

Turner's outdoors they have many many things there but their sales people are not very professional don't recommend this place one bit the prices are outrageous also

In time of crisis you can count on them to be open. Even If it's a long line/ wait list. Atleast they stay open to support your needs

Was in there today for a Remington 870 side fold. Jesus 5 hour wait to DROS no ammo look like they were giving away firearms smh

One things for sure I will not be going to this location in the city of Norwalk for any of my supplies. I'm really lost for words.so I stop by the store to purchase some ammunition waiting in line for 30 to 40 minutes turns out the line I was in was for people taking test in order to qualify as a gun owner.so they finally made an announcement.at that point I was told to go on to an other line where I waited another 40 minutes when I got to the register I asked for what I needed and was told that I needed to pull a ticket so I did and It took over an hour for them to call my number they had eight employees serving those taking test and picking up firearms. Those picking up and testing seemed to be more important than those just stopping by to purchase a couple rounds.it WOULD'VE been nice to have one person dedicated to those showing up to buy some rounds. I get it they want to get those app's processed alot of folks buying guns right now cause of this panic.but from what I seen they could have been prepared after all we are all paying customers.so I get my number called and walk up to one of their employees only three boxes left of 9mm I handed over my I.d ready to go and wasn't able to purchase thee last three boxes.guess why? Because I moved from a back house to our front house so my i.d's address wasn't the same as it was when I purchased my pistol. I blame my self for not having the knowledge that was required.point being it could have been avoided if they would have just took a lil time to inform those in line waiting for over 2 hrs and I wasn't thee only one plenty of folks their buying.the employee also said they can still run my i.d and see if the purchase would go through but if it didn't that they would have to charge me 20 dollars if my I.d was rejected.sorry guy's but I ain't got nothing good to say about my experience their.

Does not put all Turner's outdoors in one box this is the best one the one in Long Beach need to be shut down they are rude and I mean rude workers from the supervisor on down

Customer service was great they helped me out with what I was looking for, I would definitely go back again and send friends down their way when needed

This store has a great veriaty of guns. The costumer service its bad the treatment for costumers its like a home depot store.really rude cashiers and have the merchandise its not mark with the prices.good deals do!

Got a great sale.
Majority of staff are friendly and helpful (few are grouchy). Everybody is different.

They always forget the most important thing of your menu, you find out until you get home 3rd time drive thru sucks!

Great place to visit just no restrooms. Lots of help at the gun counter. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

Come here quite often. Mostly for firearms and related items. However, that will probably change, a good majority of the people here have a chip on their shoulder and the two people who I contacted the most with, who were actually humble, are no longer there. My opinion. You all may feel different about others who work there. Different strikes for different folks. For the STORE, great selection, prices can be a bit high.

I love the customer service provided by everyone here. I have purchased several firearms from here. Most recently they were able to find and order a discontinued Kahr with the carbon fiberframe for me and at the lowest price i've seen.

Went in here looking for some fishing gear. They have gr8 biriety of rods and reels. For fresh and salt water. Gr8 prices as well. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They give you what you need and at the same time help you save $$$. Gr8 experience here.

Friendly guys behind the counter. Some more knowledgeable. Very different from the other place where they sell ammo. No I'm not sensitive nor looking to make friends.

I never have any problems at this location and they recently expanded this store so now they can handle the large business better and probably add more selection. I've been to other turners for PPT but I prefer this location over others simply because the manager is always very nice and processional
