Nice place! Clean, indoor Archery fun for small group of people. The instructor who give you the reason for begging or the first time coming was really good. They have a parking lot make it more easy for get together event. I will go back again.

March 8th 2021at 12: 55pm, me trying to get a Firearm Safety Certificate, waited in line for 1 hr on non-busy day. Pass the test then wait again another 45mins to process and print your FSC card. The guy in the counter mispelled my name and some of the vital information, so make sure to double check. All in all it was a tedious day.

Good experience with my first PPT, although you should be prepared to wait because there's always a line, employees were helpful in making the transition simple as possible.

I would suggest planning on being here all day. Really slow processing and being helped. Other then that seem to have everything you need.

Been coming here for years and each time I come I tell myself this is the last time. Prices are though the roof, but it's on my way so I stop by anyways. This last time though put me over the edge. Came in at 4: 45, only to be told that the gun counter is closed at 5. Ok. I proceed to the counter and they tell me they cannot sell me ammo because it is nearly 5. Go somewhere else Turners is garbage and their management is a joke.

Place is a joke. Take a number to get ammo. Wait thirty minutes while some jerkoff fights with the employees about CA gun laws. Wait another twenty minutes and finally get what you came in for. Make a separate line for ammo. Not hard. Also have something separate for LE and CCW.

I asked about a safe that I am interested in (Winchester pony) which they had on the floor and if I can look at it. Waited for 2 hours with very little help about buying a safe still no help.
Driving to Deans safe tomorrow to pick one up same price
Horrible service as a matter of fact it’s been like this as far as I remember this location.

The one star it was a definitely mistake and I haven't been aware of that

Always a great experience when purchasing firearms at Turners Outdoorsman. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable on all of the various firearms when selecting the fight firearms for your individual needs.

These people make you wait for ever. I walk up in there and wanting to sell my AR 15 and they tell me well we can give you 400 ok I am cool with that then they say but we get to keep 50% so you only get 200 bucks what the heck is that if you offer me 400 its 400 not 200 please explain very rude and impolite change how your business conducts.

Turners is like Frye electronics. Know what you want or you won't get helped. The staff behind the gun counter is rude but the rest of the staff is usually polite and helpful

I would never buy a gun from them even though they have good prices on their firearms. The reason being is when I was being helped on they kept helping other customers as I was waiting. I was a paying customer I wanted their full attention not then helping and showing firearms to their "bros" of the same race. I felt since I was white they wanted to help their Mexican friends more than me and ignored me.

If you are looking for a firearm, their selection is decent. Their prices are average but where they really suffer is their sales reps and manager. They don't care what you want, why you want it or even if you buy it. Their selection of other field sports (fishing, hunting, ammo, accessories) is decent. If you want to browse, don't do it here.

One of the worst gun stores i have ever been to, the employees couldn’t care less about helping customers. If you call there number, it is very likely that they either wont pick up, or they’ll leave you on hold for 10+ minutes. Find another store.

When I purchased the firearm the service was speedy and straight to the point.guys behind the counter were awesome! Now that I am here to pick up the firearm, for whatever reason the whole entire staff is in complete slow motion and I watched th crew walk back and forth like they were doing something, but they weren't. Personally I will not return to this store and conduct any business.really piss poor customer service!

I would love to see Turner’s expand to more locations in the West Valley, both because they are a great store, but also because this store is very overcapacity. They have a great selection and very good pricing, and the employees their know their stuff. But, your common wait time will be over an hour to get to the counter and, this being California, you’re going to need to go there a few times for any gun transaction.

Employees see you wating and they totally ignore you. Finally The one that help me was very sarcastic about my knowledge of guns intead of helping me.

Long wait times, best selection for the price in the Valley. Great prices on special orders too. I think my average wait time here is a little over an hour. So even if your first in line, the paper work and the process takes time. Don't be in a rush, be pleasant and they will give you fantastic service. I will be back.
