The best local outdoorsman shop. Great staff, filled with friendly knowledge able people who don't mind spending their time to get it right. Prepare for wait times occasionally, due to the word being out on this place to those in the 2nd amendment community. Can't recommend more, if your buying a firearm in Southern California somewhere else you might be making a mistake.
Do not come here unless you want to wait over an hour just to buy ammunition. Last two times I came here had to wait over an hour in line and ended up just going to Big 5 instead
Always had a good experience! The people who work there a knoledgable and helpful. The wait can be up to 45 minutes if they're busy.
Called ahead of time to make sure they had a particular model gun on hand. Woman answered phone and said yes so drove an hour to the store, stood in line for an hour just to be told that no they don’t have it. They called other shops hoping they would have one but they didn’t either. Empty-handed and this was Christmas gift for wife. Understaffed, dirty place, not enough informed employees and overall complete waste of my time. I will not be going back. Rifle Gear has these, should’ve gotten there in the first place but was hoping to try out closer store.
Went there today, left after 5 mins do not recommend this place, front desk guy was polite, but waiting time is outrageous, the guy before me waited for 2 hrs, and there 6 guys before him, as a professional, I do not have time to spend a whole day at gun store, I have 1 day off from my beat, they should have a special line and expedite for people that is in those professions
They have one of those ‘take a number’ systems but not all of the employees use it. I had to wait for over an hour as I watched random people just walk up and grab an employee while everyone else was patiently waiting their turn. People in line were visibly upset and the employees couldn’t have cared less. Im not going back.
It took over 2 hours to get help from salesman, i was 4th in the row, they were hanging out and socializing with previous customers. Having 10-15 people waiting they told the whole story of firearms to the customer before me. They either need to respect customers time or hair more people. I cant afford to stand in the line for 2 hours just to be able to take a look at the rifle.
Long waits, rude help condescending, out of advertised stock. Not may favorite place. Be prepared to spend a lot of time.
Great selection of Fishing gear and Firearms. Helpful staff that are pretty well informed. Long wait times at the gun counter. So if that's what your visit is for. Set aside a good portion of time.
Rude customer service and salesman, this guy named ERIC. I overheard him talking to one of the customer that he was helping beside me, the customer wanted to check and buy a semi auto riffle and this dude was insisting to sell him a bolt action instead and he's treating his customer like they don't have any knowledge about firearms, like he's the only one who knows about it. Hey Randy, you need to retrain this guy how to have a good costumer service and be a better salesman.
